if you got survivability expert at the end of the NO grind like I did (Needs more bloody survivability, dont judge) the baltimore has 10,000 more health, it has a damage repair party consumable, it has VASTLY superior AA (About equal to the clevelands) VASTLY superior armour (127mm vs 152mm) so much so that you can bounce battleship shells pretty regularly at close range. it has a spotter plane (if you really really want to, although I'd stick with the radar) and it's guns can fire 2km further thanks to the upgrade and- sorry did I start rambling? oh wait, that's just the huge list of better things about the baltimore that makes is vastly better tier-for-tier than the NO

not if it stays as it is. it has a higher detection range than a new mexico or a bayern. (both tier 6 battleships) and has a range lower than both of those (of course being a cruiser) the clevelands armour is better than the pensacola (102mm vs 127mm) everything would kick its [edited]

yes, it's an OK ship way better for its tier than the new orleans it's hardly perfect, but you can make it work WAAAAY easier

a lot of the time when you press A or D, it just plain doesnt work sometimes it takes me up to 10 seconds to notice that the button I'm holding aint doin sh!t but just releasing the key and pressing it again works properly still a giant pain in the [edited]though
