True, and WG are not alone with pointless NDA's. Seen that with other game companies aswell. It's just that it seems weird that they would say that new premium containers would come with the patch, but I guess that it could be any time during the current patch. But if that's the case, why not just come clean and tell us that??

True I suppose, but beeing surprised ove hype of a product should not be a thing really... Just look at the hype for the USS Alaska, but they kept silent for a release date there too. My guess now is that there might be an NDA in effect, but why there would be one is a good guess really...

Very much doubt that. They want money to be sure, but I think they have internal release dates, but for some odd resaon, they say on the web site that new containers will release with the new patch, but not telling when the actual release is, that's just strange.

Good question, all that was said on the stream yesterday was that it was very soon, but what that means in WG land is anyones guess...

The plan is to bring the premium CV's to the shop, yes. Was confirmed by Conway on stream yesterday. But no info as to when they will become availble there...

Was about to ask the same question... Not that I'm currently thinking of buying some, but it's wierd to say new containers in the prem shop, but not have them there shortly after the patch? so when will they be there @MrConway ??

Just had one that was very close to a 5 star, had one DD move towards the F1 exit, but just as the DD got close, instead, they went yolo against a DD and a CA, wich went about as well as you can expect . Why any one thought that was good idea, I shall never know. The DD only needed to get into the zone, but that was apparently too hard to comprehend. Our CV did his best, but with two others just derping around the WRONG exit, shooting at the forts and enemies up there, we stood no chance, and time ran out. The CV got sunk, as he was sitting broadside on to the enemy. I was sunk early on due to a bad misplay on my end. Was in my brand new Dallas, so I had not tried it as I usually do in Co-op, wich was my bad, but that's my excuse . Entire thing made me go and also bit of the old .

It seems to be very random. I recently watched a long stream, and got like 3 containers for something like 7 hrs+/-. That seems like a very low drop rate imo. But when I Watch the official WG Warships streams, I seem to get more consistant drops, so I have a feeling they might have dropped the rate for normal streams, but higher for the official ones. The official WG Warships streams having higher drops would make sense, since they are the dev after all. That said I think the CC's should have slightly higher rates then none CC's, and none CC's having a standard drop rate. Also, I've never gotten any notifications when a container drops, so I don't think anyone knows when a drop has happened...

While it is a nice competition, why exclude the co-op players? Seems a bit strange to do so imo.

Ah, operation Newport. This can be frustrating if the others on the team has no idea what to do and just derps around like a normal co-op match. Understanding the op is important, and when I first tried it back when it still had AI CV's I was totally lost on what to do. Then I watched a Jingles video with him and some others playing it, and a light went on. The way Jingles explained it helped me a great deal, so did some other YT vids. The op has changed a bit since then, but not by that much. The one thing that is a problem is that DD's are not that good in this op, unless you happen to be a good DD player knowing the class. Another problem is the AI having seemingly modern day radar and laser like guns, and the ability to avoid torps like unicums. So knowing what ships to focus on is key here, and also team composition, wich let's face it, is neither here nor there in pick up groups. You need some BB's and cruisers and the odd DD or CV, if they know how to play said class... Had a CV that was utterly useless on my team, just kept flying the planes and missing the targets completely... And he/she was the first to die, since he/she after a while charged the enemy. Afte he/she died, he/she said it was his/hers 4th time playing a CV, and thought an op would be a good training ground... Why he/she thought this would be a good idea, I will never know... Yes, there are some players like that out there, and some that are just bumbeling around enjoying the scenery it feels like...

No way I'm going for the Implaceable, as much I would like it... No way to get enough of the thingymabobs in time, unless WG will do something about it, and replensih some in the Arsenal, but I doubt that will happen... Mistakes were made on my part in exhanging in the Arsenal too early, but oh well...

Agreed. I would hate to get some of my premiums wich includes the Musashi and Missouri in particular nerfed. I know the before mentioned ships can't be bought in the prem store, but the point stands. Some sort of compensation is indeed needed here, and it should be good, not some paltry ammount of doubloons, as they have little use except for free xp conversion and captain traning plus perma camos and a few other things. Steel would be a good solution, but knowing WG, we'll get a wet sock and told to be happy. Hope I'm wrong and WG will comp those with GC, and comp them well...
