In the first iteration PE concealment was just ordinary. To make it work the way you assume, it should have the same concealment of Shimakaze. I simply believe WG has not clear what they want to do with the Whole italian DD line. First they should decide what kind of DDs they should be and after going into details developing the project. Here it looks like the opposite. They start from one extreme to develop a line.

You forgot the last step: WG implement some gimmick on the ship and put it on sale as premium

Paolo Emilio in this current state will be good only in coop GG WG Sometime i really wonder who is behind this fantastic ideas… Perhaps it could be useful to show that guy what happened in recent time to the Khabarovsk. Almost Nobody play it. And from the desription PE will be very similar to Khaba.

Well on the other hand in my recent game I have observed a new trend: many DD players simply ignore other DDs and start to chase BB or even cruiser in the hope to torp them even from impossible angles.

I remember when 2 years ago Asashio was tested. Several CC predicted that this ship would break the game. Nothing has happened. Instead Asashio is severely limited today by the new "Supercruiser " class that are even bigger than a BB BUT are Cruiser so cannot be hit by Very DW Torps. So I think all this histeria will disappear if and when the ship will be introduced, First of all being a tier X it wil be only accessibla through resources and so available to a smaller public than if it was by "money" like any tier VIII. Second reason is the current meta at tier X is rater brutal. the 15 km torps are not enough; can u imagine this paper ship coming 15 km away from a Kremlin?? or an Hindenmburg?? Or even better a Venezia?? And what about DD's and Radar that will spot ? Kitakamy life will be pretty miserable in any decent tier X game. Last but not least remember today there are more CV around. And they will spot and harass this little toy with pleasure. To conclude I doubt this ship will be a game changer. She can only rely on surprise and once surprise is gone… bye bye Kitakami. This at least is my opinion

It could also add a suspect: that in the future we will see some more fantastic ships so broken and good that will be a great marketing success. and after some time a guy from the company will come out and say "you know we have realized that we did a mistake, sorry we have to nerf now BUT no money refund"

Hello @Tanatoy in your post you mention a "systematic change" Now I may have lost something in the discussion but as far as I remember Enterprise is the ONLY US CV with AP bombs while all other have HE bombs. It really confuse me when you say this is a systematic change to the class. To the premium class ?? on a side note: sometime ago you decided to eradicate the possibility of sling shiots, which was no magic and required some practice to be put in action effectively (and by the way it was a good counter balance to immensily powerful Cruiser HE spammer with radar behind a rock) . now you want to punish players that have learned how to drop AP bombs that in your own words "AP bombs are more skill-demanding for successful use than HE bombs". Is this logic? Punishing people cause they have become good at delivering an ordinance that is still the MOST RNG depending one???

@Tanatoy @Crysantos @MrConway Good evening I learn this disappointing news with a bit of disbelief. I thought we already discussed this topic some time ago, when someone proposed to move the Giulio Cesare to tier VI. As a long term customer of your game let me express my opinion once again for the good of the discussion and with honest mind and intention. World of Warship is YOUR game and of course you (the developers) have all the right to make changes to the game. However you have to keep in mind that there are thousend of people like me who spent real money to buy premium ships. The decision to buy a premium ship is of course based on the performance that WG advertise for that specific item. Therefore to change unilaterally this performance is like breaking a contract/agreement between the seller and the buyer. I would like to remind you that this has already happened when you changed the game style of CV. All of a sudden the "OP SAIPAN" has become the cinderella of premium CV. Now for reason that i don't comment you tell us that you want to nerf the potential damage capacity of both Enterprise and Graf Zeppelin. As I stated at the beginning, the game belong to you and you can do it of course; BUT at this point it would be fair to offer player/buyer the opportunity to get back money. For the Grafr Zeppelin I would request it right away. This CV is not in good shape and while you think of nerfing it, at the same time you are going to buff all DDs AA. If yuou consider how strong is the average AA of all the last lines you have released (UK Heavy Cruiser, PAN EU DDs, and now Russian Cruisers) you should realize how painful has become to play CV. Allow me a final consideration: the idea of selling a ship for real money and to propose to make it worse one year later, do not inspire trust in your company. What will happen next year to Piotr Bagration_? Will it be nerfed? or the just released Champagne? or the upcoming new German Premium CV that I am sure will be sold in great numbers?? Why a person like me should keep buying? For the benefit and the mutual respect between seller and buyer I hope you willl reconsider your idea. Respectfully Alfa_Tau

L'episiodio riveste grande importanza storica per diversi motivi: 1. La Marina Austro-Ungarica stava puntando a forzare il blocco in adriatico con il più imponente schieramento navale messo in opera sino a quel momento. L'affondamento della Santo Stefano costrinse la marina imperiale a rinunciare al proprio obiettivo. Fu quindi una vittoria tattica e strategica al tempo stesso. 2. Perché l'affondamento della Corazzata costata molti milioni di Scellini ad opera di un economicissimo motoscafo armato di siluri, segnò una svolta nelle strategie future e fece capire quanto il siluro, un arma relativamente nuova, potesse influire in campo navale, rendendo le grandi "dreadnaught" vulnerabili . 3. Perché l'affondamento della Szent Istvan fu ripreso in diretta da una troupe cinematografica imbarcata a bordo della nave gemella "Teghetoff" . Il documento mostra tutta la drammaticità di quei momenti ed è un frammento del passato giunto sino a noi. Hello Everyone today I want to share with you my recent experience in Ranked Batlles. Chapt. 1 Yesterday during a battle in my Fiji I was short in HP and the match was going to end in 5 miuntes . Trying to contest a cap I decide to smoke and all of a suddenn … BOOM I am dead. BUT it wasn't the enemy to kill me but the Sinop in my team. Apparently he wassn't happy with my choice during the battle. The sad thing is that we lost but we could have won the game. --------------- Chapt. 2 today during a battle on of the DD in my team, deliberately killed another DD cause they were arguing about the wrong/right tactic to follow. Game was even cuase now we lost 2 DD and same happened to enemy team. A few moment later Sinop in our team gunned a York also in our team, cause he was (thaty was true) camping all time behind an island. Some how even with this great effort of team play we managed to win the battle. _______ Question : I got chat banned Yesterday for apparent miscoduit. What kind of penalty this players should receive,?? Ranked is a competion therefore i would like to see those who turned "pink" during a ranked battle to be banned for some time : Example: 1st time 12 hours (any one can make a mistake in Landing a torp) 2nd time 1 Day (people should be more careful having already done 1 mistake) 3rd time 3 days (perhaps this kind of palyers are too used to play coop) 4th time one week (now u really should make amendment) 5 th time you will be banned for the current season. I will gladly read your opinion as the trend I see it's worrying me. .

@Leo_Apollo11 According to the article Moskva will become a coal ship. Now if you sell it why WG would it give back to you for free? X Moskva is a heavy cruiser, and she is going to leave the light cruiser branch and acquire the status of special ship that's available in exchange for Coal.

Well let me answer to you . My motivation in playing ranked is NOT due to the will of showing my "masterclass" that I DON?T HAVE. I play ranked cause I want to collect STEEL. Other rewards are nice but they are something a decent player with premium account and premium ships can obtain simply playing. Now I consider myself a GOOD team player. I know when to sacrifice and taking a few hits to get a good position or to help a team mate. What I notice in ranked is many simply don't understand this simple fact. Everyone wants to be right about the tactic to follow and the consequence is that often some players start a verbal battle with Others, I have seen a couple of time an angry player walk away from the battle leaving his team in the most needed time. Now to conclude, some people simply should not play ranked ot at least they should play max to ranked 10. To go further require motivation and team spirit.

The Article should also mention WHAT happens IF a player already has the Admiral Graf Spee. On the PTS I received a compensation in silver. Is this going to happen ? Or WG will be more generous and give dobloons as a compensation??

well of course the idea is to punish bad beahvior. that's why 1st and second time are quite forgiven but if a player keep doing it … well it means he is a ….. yx@T or simply he is not suited for ranked

I t happened the same to me Yesterday moirning After 7 games and 6 win )son no reason at all from my side to miss behave in chat) I played a battle and suddenly realize I was chatbanned. Curiosly in previous game I had a very good battle and 4 kils, which lead me to think that some of those players decided to have their Revenge using the report system. Nothing new under the sun.. This topic has already been faced but apparently WG Cant't find a better os more accurate system. In the meantime u see people with nick names that reflect very questionable politc/historical opinion and they get away with it…
