Common sense? What are you talking about? You are whining and whinging about unfair matches in a gamemode set up to specifically reward teamwork, team composition and tactics. CV's are a very important part of the game and have a huge impact on 7v7 battles. If you choose to not bring one, fine, that's on you. Don't come here complaining. I bet you are using a stock Pensacola/Colorado in ranked. Admit it, you got your [edited]handed to you and naturally it's not your own fault so you come here to cry.

Who thought going into team battles without a CV is a good idea? It's funny how people still find a way to blame the matchmaker in a mode where you can set your own team before the battle.

I went something like 18-5 yesterday (day off). It actially made a noticable difference in my win rate. Pretty sure this problem is between the screen and the chair. Yorck is not that bad.

Don't say it's to balance the increase in damage. An increase in RNG and a reduction in player skill impact/removal of a feature is always a bad change. Why even use manual drops on American divebombers now? On a more positive note: FINALLY A DIVEBOMBER BUFF. Huzzah! I am super thrilled about this, and it's something I believe has been lacking in carrier balance for a long while. USN CV's were historically deadly with their divebombers and divebombers have been gimped compared to torps for ages. Well played WG. Thank you for this. Please let me manually drop them, increase the size if you have to but don't take away all reason to manually aim (muh skillcap).

CV's buffed in 0.5.3 you heard it here first people. Talk about "noobs" complaining. Or quite possibly a WG intern who got told post something good about this patch.

Well between the combined Russian bias, pay2win Mikhail buff, ATF nerf, and USN CV's getting absolutely shat on there are more important things for testers to do. One of them is to prevent this disaster going live. It's saying something because people have been waiting for teambattles since the launch of this game.

Do you realize what this does to the Essex/Midway? Do you have any idea what you have done with this change? The entire US line is utter crapand these two ships are the reason people endure the misery. You know why? Because they have actual strike setups. So not only do you bury carriers with massive nerfs to speed/survivability and AA buffs. You piss on their headstone with this change. Sure, you have to stroke the BB mafia: Newsflash they will never stop whining no matter what you do. Stop listening to these people (and brace yourself for DD whine, because there will be no CV's to spot them).

The changes top CV's are beyond retarded. Nerf to plane speed/torpedo speed AND THOSE LAYOUT CHANGES? I mean what the [edited]are they doing? If you are going to force divebomber specs onto people, why not MAKE THEM USEFUL? It has always been a fact that dive bombers do too little impact damage. Give us AP bombs already for crying out loud. It's also good that they changed the ATF perk, it was too cookie cutter, and they even remembered to buff their newest russian moneygrab cruiser to compensate. What about the: Omaha (B) Marblehead Mogami St. Louis (Pretty much every low tier cruiser) Oh wait, those aren't marketed for the russians so who gives a [edited]right?

They should nerf the Tirpitz, at least the armor layout. The armor on it is OP and it is exceedingly difficult to pen the citadel, even with a Yamato inside 1km (this shouldn't be possible). I have gotten 4 citadel hits in total in hundreds of games played in BB's against Tirpitz's. People are spamming it so hard in T8 that cruiser players can't even be arsed playing anymore. All my mates say it's no use because of the Tirpitz spam, and this results in them jumping into BB's and the problem is compounded. I have had battles with 9 BB's + 3 DD's VS 8 BB's + 1 CA + 2 DD's, and it's not uncommon to have 7+ BB's on a team. It's boring as hell but WG got their money so they couldn't give 2 shits.
