Having the same problem - invisible cursor when using the aircraft carrier. Oddly enough when the curser goes to the edge of the map - it becomes visable, and when you try and auto pilot you carrier into the middle of an island it becomes visible. Really annoying because I'vejust got a carrier, and I was hoping to finally clear off the 3 aircraft missions I've been stuck with for ages...... Edit - went out of full screen and worked much better.
