Also, the torpedo tupes on H were submerged installations in the bow and are not mentioned by Breyer. We must assume they will not be implemented.

Mediocre AA and broadside weight is obviously much lower than Montana or Yamato. Even with the presumably 2.0-2.3 rpm she still has a smaller caliber and a gun less than Yamato and 33% less at slightly bigger caliber than Montana so pure damage output is ~20-30% lower.

H-41 belt armor scheme (large, sorry for le quarity. its just my cell phone) Yamato armor for comparison Should be obvious that H is significantly thicker than even Yamato at any range. I'm too lazy for the trig functions right now but it should come out to around 40-70% more armor than Yamato broadside depending on the range and even the deck armor is comparable. Since H-41 inherits Bismarcks bow armor, she will not be overmatched from there either. That only affects the citadel, though. The area above the citadel is relatively easy to penetrate for 33% penetration damage. Also, note the fantastic secondary arcs on the 15cm and 10.5cm guns forward... H-41 has 8x 15cm and 8x 10.5cm firing directly ahead. Yamato only has 3x 15cm and 4x 12.7cm.

WG Developer released a Smoke Boundary Mod

Tbh this makes it fairly easy to guess the position of an enemy destroyer because you can see the circles turn up. Just shoot at the center of the newest circle and lead a little. -
In my opinion the ship is definitely competitive at tier 6 and doesn't play like a premium ship.

I made some room yesterday to play 19 games in my new Anshan of which I won 15. Positives: All the carryovers from the base ship: good guns, good and usable torps even without Concealment Expertise, very durable with sturdy modules. Very useful secondary effects on the camo (made about 5k free XP in those games without premium). Quite strong AA if you wind up as top tier (70-ish DPS @ 4.2 is nothing to sneeze at). Negatives: Sluggish rudder but this isn't so bad. Horrible turning circle makes maneuvering in small straits surprisingly hard. High-ish detection without Concealment Expertise (7km includes camo already). The ship is durable, but it doesn't survive being put in a bad situation the way a 5.x km detection range destroyer would. Since the ship also turns more like a cruiser, it's important to pick your engagements well against other destroyers since it takes a while to disengage.

So now that we have Pan-Asia, when are we getting Yukikaze/Tan Yang or Yoizuki/Fen Yang? Teasing the Akizukis with Fen Yang would probably elicit money from me.

The +free XP is a worthy replacement of the ability to do meaningful crew training with it, which is the big drawback with ships from phantom trees. In my opinion this is a good offer and I bought one for myself, though I don't have time to play these days.

I wasn't talking about T10. The game consists of more tiers than one. I didn't respond to you because there was no reason to talk to you. Also, I play using WASD. It's superior to your WSAD layout.

Yes, but you can still dodge the torpedoes. If you put yourself into a situation where turning means you get citadel'd and going straight means you eat torpedoes then you made a horrible mistake reading the minimap. That's just the reality of it.

I get hit by less than one torpedo per battle in my Nagato. The destroyers are a real terror. I'm deathly afraid.

Thanks. That's retarded. But thanks.

Couldn't find the bug report forum. Was apparently removed during the two months I wasn't playing. Played a bunch of battles, post-battle money confused the heck out of me. Can someone explain this to me?

I'm confused by the balancing for the Japanese destroyers. Wakatake (T III) is a definite improvement over Umikaze (T II), as is Isokaze (T IV). Minekaze (T V), however, is not really any better than Isokaze, since the range upgrade is offset by the slower speed. Mutsuki is easily worse than Minekaze and in my opinion also worse than Isokaze. I'd rather use a T4 DD in T6 matches if the XP somehow still went to Mutsuki so I could go up the line! The damage buff is nice, but in all other respects Mutsuki has significantly worse torpedoes and a terrible reload, and her spread has the same size as the previous DDs. If Mutsuki isn't meant to be competitive to punish players for better ships later, I can accept that, but right now there is no reason I could see why anyone would want to steer her. To be fair, she's nimble and responsive, but that's not very useful with the horrendous reload and mediocre torpedos. Is there anything I'm missing?

The others are also grossly underpowered. -
WHY DO YOU SAY THIS?!

How is Mogami's armor better. That is my question. People like you are just awful.

Downloading through torrent overloads router.
fnord_disc replied to CCamacho's topic in General Discussion
They should sort it out, but exactly what kind of wide use and what kind of router are we talking about? I use a cheap router (less than 50€ value) which was given to me for free by my ISP and which is widely known to be very poor, yet I can still run qTorrent with 500 parallel connections at the same time as the WoWs launcher without experiencing any slowdowns. I just... How can you call such a response to a bad torrent client "normal"? That just baffles me. -
Is it? Is it better? On what ingame data do you base such views? You've never even played this game. No games played. Go home, Wehraboo.

fnord_disc replied to CCamacho's topic in General Discussion
Sure, they're poor clients. But not poor enough to crash a decent router. I have a problem with saying it's normal to get your network crashed by the first piece of bad software. Yeah, I would have given you +1 if it weren't for that ridiculous first sentence that flies in the face of all common sense. "Normal" to crash? Most people download normally through the torrent client! -

Maybe if you live in Mongolia. -
It's not the same and shells do have mass in the game files. WoT uses a linear speed loss model which works because at short distance speed loss is almost linear. WoWs uses a more faithful v_0*e^(-k*x) model where the parameter k depends on shell weight and perhaps other parameters.
