Nothing RNG about it. "Citadel" area is huge, if you hit the spot where you do citadel dmg, then you always do citadel dmg by hitting that exact spot. But since there's a spread you may not always hit the exact same spot, but your shots still fly to the approximate area of the citadel, which doesn't mean you will do citadel dmg, because of ships' design, armor etc.. duh? Comprende? Or are you being so silly on purpose to spin a retarded argument without recognition of all the [edited]details that are considered by the game design? Ignorant much?

It's a calculation, not roll of a dice. If you hit an area which will overpenetrate, it will always overpenetrate. RNG is hitting citadel where there is no citadel. So take your own advice and get a room yourself. You can even share it with the troll above. Since both of you have no clue of basic concepts that guide this game.

I like how you fail to account for different ships you were shooting at, and the fact that only rng about AP is the spread. If a shell hits citadel it hits citadel. There's no rng-gamble-calculation on whether a shell that hits will or will not deal the damage, it will. Except for the spread, there's no RNG just your fails.
