Well look at the vote results, and lets call it a day. The people moaning it needs to get nerfed, are clearly outnumbered by a good portion. So what any further purpose got this topic now? Other than user A think its too OP, and then user B replies its all fine.

So we are talking about fps (frames per second) issues and not lag, right? Lag = internet connection problem fps = hardware maxed out for current game, producing poor fps

Alright, let me explain it a little bit slower so you can keep up: 2 games in my steam wishlist worth the total same amount as this ship. You need to be 5x super addicted to this game, if you spend 45 / 50 euro on a ingame ship, within the game. Nobody is making up any excuses. We are down to logic now.

hmm...should I buy the 2 individual pc games on my wishlist at steam? Or should I buy a ship within a game I can sail around with and shot, that would cost me the same amount as the 2 games? I think I will take option number 1

So much is wrong in your post. Cleveland shells are easily dodged. Because they have such an high arch shell. You got a higher chance to avoid the shells, compared to alot of other ships. And if you honestly believe and are all serious about cleveland killing everything up to tier 7. Then you need more matches.

I use the 4th skill for my Cleveland. And in my opinion, that "only" 1km extra AA range is well worth it. If you want your Cleveland at max peak AA ability, then you need the 4th skill. Its a matter of playstyle.

ah. I knew there were something about why I feared Myoko, more than Aoba / Cleveland. Whenever I saw that on the enemy team and I played either Aoba or Cleveland, that Myoko were a huge threat. Pensacola dont scare me. But Myoko, damn.

When there are limitations to the horn, I dont see it as such an big issue as you do. Perhaps you are overreacting a little bit. There needs to be limitations as there have been talked about in this topic. Free unlimited horn in this game, would yes become very annoying. IMO the whole idea about horn is not silly. It just needs some well thought plans ahead.

Whats wrong with 1vs1 against Omaha or Phoenix? I always feel relieved, whenever that happens. Because they always die. Cleveland is kinda an all purpose ship for me. Staying with BBs while hunting enemy DDs if they are nearby. The first 3-4min of the match, I normally guard the CV (if we got any)

The way it is now, is the system should / will take care of the teamkillers. Its almost like WG doesnt want fellow teammates to get involved in killing pink colored teammates. Because if you do that, YOU are the next bad person.They are free to shot and kill as many as they like. All you can do, is sit back and let them slap ya in the face. Because the system will punish YOU, if you kill the pink colored player. It worked better in WOT. In that game, those tagged as teamkiller, you could just dispose of them right away.

So we all know that the Atlanta got better AA than the Cleveland. Which is fine, because Atlanta is 1 tier higher than the Cleveland. But does Pensacola outperform Cleveland in AA strength too? I can research the Pensacola now. But if it got weaker AA than the Cleveland, I will just stop. On the paper, it seems the Pensacola got more AA (when you compare both ships fully upgraded). But is it any better?

I took the "Gun fire control system modification 1" but how much do you really think it improves the main guns accuracy? Enough to really see any difference? I went with the steering gears modification too.

I will stick to the real ingame video scenario. And it displays the Atlanta having better AA. But even so, if we take the stats you are posting, then the Pensacola should have far better medium / low range AA when both the Pensacola and Cleveland are maxed equally.

Which upgrade modifications, are worth to take for this ship? As in stuff like "AA guns modification 2" and the others below it. And "Steering gears // Propulsion // Damage Control 2"

I play Cleveland 80% of my time atm. Love it as escort ship. Protecting carriers or battleships with your very good AA with good results, are so satisfying. Or playing more aggressive other times. Once I made 239 hits in 1 match. suppressing fire. -
Seems reasonable enough. Having lets say max 4 horns for each match. And everytime you use 1 horn, there is an 1min cooldown. That would work.

Yup. The rate of fire on the Atlanta, is ridiculous. Its a gatling gun ship. Whenevr I see a cleveland going in 1vs1 against the Atlanta where they both return fire on eachother, the Atlanta always comes out as the winner.

If the Cleveland's AA gets nerfed, then CV will become untouchable. There wont be any single AA ship that can touch incoming planes enough, untill you hit tier VII. So the AA must be left alone. And only stupid captains in a CV, attacks a Cleveland head on. The extremely poor shell velocity and trajectory alone, is enough for many people to avoid playing the Cleveland.

Who doesnt hate the afk players, that really stays afk for the entire match? I heard all sorts of things. From people doing it for farming xp while doing other stuff, to people having their game crashed and never bothered to rejoin the match. But what if there were an timer for how long you could stay afk? lets say the timer is 5min. After the 5min afk, the system will drop you out of the match, and an bot will take over your ship. Or if people dislike bots in pvp in this regard, his afk ship should simply get auto destroyed (without any point loss) what are your thoughts on long afk players? Too few of Those afk players that you hardly notice it? Anything else?

Seems like a fun ship the Atlanta. I just hope they either drop the price or give a discount at one point. Since paying around 35 euro for a freaking ship in a game, is just too insane. If you are going to pay 35 euro just to play one ship inside an game, then you need to be 3x addicted to this game. Just my opinion, remember that.

Here is how it should be: - Pink colored players, recieves 40% extra damage from teammates - Pink colored players, does 40% less damage to teammates - Pink colored players, has an 10% increase chance off being spotted by the enemy - Shooting or killing an pink colored player, does not either tag yourself as being an pink colored player in your next match, nor does it reduces whatever xp it might would have done to you - Reduce non pink colored players that kills 1 teammate or more within the same match, with 50% less xp and credits Just my two cents. My approach is very unforgiving and hard. But that is how I would have done it. Then it can be discussed it is a good thing I do not control such things. But that is a whole different matter. -
How active is WG on these forums? Do they read anything and take notes of anything? I would assume they looked in this "open beta test feedback" But I wonder about all the other sections. Because there are some great topics that addresses stuff.
