Good job @YabbaCoe. It's not often I say this, but you guys and girls got it right. You restricted the correct ships and it's for the better in this competive scene. It keeps it fresh and teams have to adapt. You can do your post analysis when the dust has settled to ask "why" so many CB teams played those ships. But for now, gj.

I'm all behind the restriction of certain ships and, I can't believe I'm saying this, but they have even selected the right ships to restrict. This was a good decision. Dear god they made a good decision

All I know is this. Every "Elbow" I have seen (6) in the game has exploded, both on my and the enemy team. Not one has pulled their own weight what so ever. However, thank god they gave it smoke (which I suggested long ago).

He wont. He will always be visible. Or shall I say he should always be visible if you position correctly. Unlike this chap: Still 3/4 health (after that heal up) and only used one heal. Odin, Bis, Tirps, their main guns are tonk and you simply bounce them. Where your smacking 410mm into their deck with every salvo. Then let your 8% Fire chance secondaries makes fires for good measure. If you get torpedoed by a BB then it's 100% completely your fault. He stood no chance at all on that map. No chance. Even if he didn't chase me, you can still dominate the map vision on that map where he would never be able to cap without you having vision. I'm not trying to sell the ship by-the-way lads for WG just pointing out a very good ship for 1 vs 1 brawls for those that want some advice. Keep distance (between 7-11 KM), keep him always viable and keep angled. Then let the ship do the rest. But like I said, potatoes will die even in the most OP ship so just pick a ship and have fun.

3 games, 3 wins all in Massa so far. vs Odin (50%), Bis (47%) and Tallin (53%). Bingo. Kite every time. Let them fire a salvo and turn straight the way. You get around in time to angle. They follow and then die. They simply can no pen you angled whilst every AP salvo you throw does damage. You don't even need AP, just throw HE and let the secondaries do the rest in fires if you want. The Massa strength is in that heal, you will always out last them. ALWAYS fight on your terms, not theirs. You know there gonna turn to get the torps off, that is when you do the damage they can't come back from. Odin did the usual torp rush and died as i kited. Bis I simply drove past her and dump a full AP salvo in her and the Tallin wasn't too bad. However, I read that he was grabbing the caps and hiding so simply blocked the cap he was capping and caped the other one he wasn't in (2 overlapping caps). He then had no choice but to come out of hiding as he would have lost on points....and then...Blap. Never be in a position where you can get torpedoed by a BB or cruiser. If you are then it's your bad positioning. NEVER go around islands close in a BB, make sure you take a wide berth to peak around the island. DD torps are different though. Not played against a DD yet and THAT is the only class I really fear at the moment. Will simply get torp rushed by some French DD unless Im lucky with HE salvos and secondary hits. But they are fun and quick games so just pick a ship you enjoy. Anyway, have fun chaps.

Makes no sense. How can they lose the cap when your dead or constantly getting re-set. You can't lose something you didn't have in the first place. 2 options as both of you are in the cap A) gun eachother down and then crusier looses everytime. Everytime. B) he brakes ranks and goes to torp. You kite and kill him. He's now out of the cap (or still in but in the open) chasing or in the open. Either way it's gg. The eugan cant go invis as it has sucky concealment. But hopefully see you in Battle and will show you. 👍 Like I said a badly played Massa or any ship who just steams in and hasn't got a clue about anything and doesn't even know anything about the ship he is facing will die anyway.

This. Hence why the Kidd is a very good pick vs a CV and DD. AA worth a pinch (just pop defensive AA on the DD killer planes, leave the torp planes alone (dodge them) and can smoke up half the game and not even seen. But against a crusier and BB it can struggle. Not enough torps IMHO but can do well if you sneak up with island cover. I used Kidd and Massa on the last sprint but mainly Massa.

Torps mean nothing if you can't use them. No good player will ever be in a postion where an enemy crusier will use them,lol. He simply needs to keep a Good distance whilst effecting the cap. He will simply slowly kite whilst keeping in secodnrries range. When the crusier turns to torp if he does get in range then.... Wack. Saying all this it doesn't really matter and you can beat a patato in any ship regardless. But all things being equal, the Massa will massacre it, badly. Having only 4 gun when chasing is pants too.

You could give a patato the most OP ship and they would still lose. But there is no way on earth a massa should lose against a Richelieu, with 2 equal skilled captains. Ever. Quicker heal, heaver guns, fire starting secondries, more HP, more armour, more guns. But you sail Broadside and any BB can delete another so... Players skill is a huge factor.

KIDD would be fun and fantastic against 2 classes (longer smoke to hide +, Defensive AA, heal and DD hunter too) but will struggle against the other 2. Yeah, Massa again tonight then..

Massa with fighter plane it is then.. Those quick heals simply keep you alive. Just don't sit anywhere nearly islands for the DD's to rush you. Heavy HE shells and secondries sorts him out before he can torp you. Same as last time

T10 has become the cesspool of WOWS. Full to the brim with clueless players. If you wanna have fun, move down a few tiers and save silver. Most of the top clan players have moved down the tiers as its got that bad. There are too many issues of WG own making to be sorted now, so it is what it is.

Massa everyday of the week. Wins vs Tirps every time . Watch their shells bounce off your angled hull and watch yours pen his deck everytime. Quicker heal also wins out. Love 1 vs 1 as there is no one else to blame if you lose.. DD wise? Anything with a heal is always good in these kinda games. Good players will play around gimmick ships like the yolang, z23 ect so heals normally win out in the end. French Fantastic will be fun. Crusier? HE spam and DPM.

Same old muppets that plague the game. Grind too quick no idea, but the perfect customers for WG. That many games and they don't learn? I feel sorry for these people.. Smoked a guy in the perfect position and he sailed through it and died. I never do that (smoke people up) now by-the-way BECAUSE OF THAT VERY FACT. Usless.

Hummm... Broken AF when it came out but with the rework (BoS and FP), He meta, supercrusers burning longer change and AP bombs on German CVs, its knocked it down a peg or two. Still very strong in the right hands with those guns👐 though the newish petro has overtaken it over being the ship of CB choice. I would just grind the silver Petro line instead and save the steel, the Petro is very strong but boring. Bourg is a great ship that has faults but copes with the current meta and WGs bad directions. My fav tier 10 BB as its something different and when prayed correctly, brutal. Somms is my go to torp boat but I dont have many others like the shimmy to compare it with (not a torp boat fan). I really like it. Shiki is pointless IMHO when you can get a Yam. FDR is a pure damage farmer if you like that sort of thing. Slow and boring. BB killer. I'm sitting on 34000 steel and have the FDR, Shiki and Plymouth left and I don't fancy any of them. If I wanted to farm salt then the FDR but I can't stand rework CVs, their brain numbing. I'm waiting out for something better in time. So... If i was you and know what I know now, I would get the silver Pedro and save the steel for sure.

It makes them hypocritical customers then, that's even worse as your actively encouraging the thing you against. "what the car company did with the CO2 emmisions was wrong" then goes out and buys the same car.. And no, not putting money into the game would be more caring. It's like telling someone to keep a bandage on a open wound even though it hurts like hell. The end justifies the means. You caring for the persons life trumps everything else. If you don't believe in WG, don't spend a penny. If you do then fine, spend what you want. Just don't say one thing and do the other.
