Bonjour, ayant rencontré le même problème, et après avoir demandé une assistance à WG, celui-ci à été (pour mon cas) résolus.

Thanks for getting in touch with Wargaming Customer Service.
I am really sorry for the inconvenience that might be caused by the issue, Captain.
In order to fix the issue, could you please follow the steps:
Press Win+R
Type "cmd" and press Enter
Type the following command "ipconfig /flushdns" and press Enter
This will clear the DNS cache and you should be able to download the client normally.
However if your issue still persists, it might be necessary to change your DNS settings to Google Public DNS
