The whole defensive fire skill isn't even available on the Yuubari. It should be available, since the secondary armament is listed as AA armament as well. On the Cleveland, the skill works just fine, on the Aoba it is available as well. The secondary gun on the Yuubari is the same as on the Aoba, so the skill should be there.

Is there any reason you need to take this from a discussion if it's ok to treat the playerbase in other regions significantly different to flaming a single person? You talk about "polluting zeh forums", ever thought about, what your estimated age is with this spelling? Mind if i cut your contribution to the discussion down, so it doesn't "pollute" this thread? No, I don't give WG credit for giving me 6 slots for free, because this is the basic amount every WG-game has. And apparently WG thinks in two of three regions "Hey, for proper testing, the playerbase needs a few more slots". And to be honest: You need more slots, I only have ships in my port i actually enjoy to play. I'd love to play a different line, but selling a ship I enjoy for that? I just feel ripped off by WG, if I pay for every additional slot, and my friend next door, just because he got into NA-beta, gets five of them for free...yeah, scumbag me for feeling like that, I know.

Does WG realize this will hurt them in the long run? DO they realize HOW many people this will upset? Do they realize the only (really useful, others miss half the update posts) facebook page is the NA one, and that one onlystates in the url that it is the NA one. So of course everyone getting their wows news there assumes it counts for all regions unless stated otherwise. Sometimes™: My experience of sometimes so far regarding WoWs: NA getting ALL the twitter/facebook key giveaways, NA getting fleet-pack earlier and discounted, NA getting 5 (!) free slots. And oh, did I mention the Bismarck is confirmed as Premium-ship on NA, but not mentiond in the corresponding post on EU? Please don't tell me the Bismarck will be NA-exclusive as well, because sometimes NA has the better deals. Sorry, but noone buys that sometimes, the region bias is real...

well, the turning is ok, it's plain hydrodynamics, rudders work much better when a ship is at speed. I agree with the brake-speed, though.
