if DD's are not evenly distributed between teams it's a pain in the [edited]to play, still possible to win but kinda "meh, do i really want to struggle that hard, isnt it better to just die fast, go next game" -

this is really a bad idea, rankeds work the way you could get close to 0 exp and be the deciding factor in your team winning - and you want people to lose stars for it bad players will get to better ranks and then drop back, for some it will be rank 15, for some rank 10, and below 5 i dont think we'll find any [edited] because it will be simply too hard to win so many battles to advance there -

it was fine for people who rushed ranks, because good players are now at 15-11 closing on 10 and now even if you are good you need much more time to get to 15, then to 10 -
CA's are utter crap in rankeds, too squishy and not being able to rush battleships, the only useful thing about CA's in rankeds is DD hunting capability but even there american DD's are better than any cruiser

it's 7% less dispersion for the module that increases main guns accuracy -
here's mine (later on i will add basics of survivability, basic fire training, expert loader - in this particular order) : it allows you to: 1. be invisible while NOT shooting on ranges 9.8km and farther 2. be invisible while shooting on ranges 15.1km and farther 3. be able to relocate to better shooting position if need be 4. be able to detect destroyers in vicinity quite well about your skillset i can say (from my personal experience): 1. fire prevention is an okayish choice, i still would prefer expert marksman for faster turret traverse 2. high alert - same as above, but superintendent gives you one more HP recovery which in my opinion is a must 3. demolition expert - completely uselss, the power of zao lies in her ability to demolish ANYTHING with AP rounds 4. both firing trainings are good, personally tho i would go for basic fire training later on, even if i didn't go camo build i would prefer basics of survivability

no i sie zawiodlem :< ale przynajmniej wspomniales o camo to dam thumbs up -
zawsze to niby cos, ale czesto ciezko jest strzelac i nie byc w zasiegu 15km od czegos (nie liczac samolotow ktore w ogole dziwny ten zasieg maja), nie mowiac juz o 17km

to niekoniecznie musialy byc cytadele, ale we mnie przed patchem tego typu dmg/cytadele wchodzily w taki sposob czasami, wiec z tym chyba nic nie zmienili

wlasnie o to chodzi, dziala nie sa te same, ani nawet takie same a nawet na ibuki, na ktorym dziala roznia jest w niewielkim stopniu(o ile w ogole sie roznia, nie chce mi sie sprawdzac) realna sila ognia nie jest slabsza od myoko, glownie z powodu rozstawienia wiez z dzialami, niestety podczas walki trzeba manewrowac
