if it was random i wouldve agreed with your post with a small change of places between pensacola and cleveland, but in ranked battles cruisers overall arent really good and cleveland is one of the worst ( reason in the post above )

^this acquisition module is useless for every ship in game period it's either concealment for ibuki(if you have credits now and gold later to take if off and use on zao, or if you dont have gold just leave the slot empty) or nothing

yeah well if you get 3 cruisers shooting you then it's bad, unless you can take at least one of them down with one salvo (still bad if 2 are shooting you, but this can be survived) but thats why people actually use chat in rankeds, teammates leaving you to die is a normal thing on ranks 25-16, it happens sometimes even at ranks up to 11, but not as much, we'll see how it goes later, but as for my personal experience - theres a lot more communication on rankeds already than it ever will be in random battles

i did, rank 10 after 79 battles in a battleship - because of the fact that fights happen at MAX 13km range CA's are at a disadvantage, you cant successfully evade battleship guns at this range as a cruiser

no, he didnt reach the final group, what wargaming posted about groups is wrong, after getting rank 15 you're in queue with 15-11 ranks and after reaching 10 my guess is it will be 10-6, then 5-2 (or just 10-2, but no one knows that because for 2 days already there's not enough people for rank 10 battles)

im not trolling, now average exp accounts for all the xp modifiers, before it was only premium i believe, so even before the change it was pointless to judge someone's "skill" by average exp
