    Having the same issue. Before 5.5.0 I set all my gfx, resolution and scaling in the preferences and now with nVidia Surround running the server, username and password boxes are blank so can't log in. Only able to login if disabling nVidia Surround. Hope a hotfix comes or someone knows a work-a-round?
