Hey all. Im playing a russian cruiser, and i use the HE shells for when i fight whit battleships to course fire an burn dmg. My question is if the flag that causes you to have -100% chance of magazin detonation overwrights the flag that gives you +5% chance of detonation, or if it just makes a 5% chance of detonation. I havent had any detonation while using this flag combo, but i was just curious

Thanks all it sounds alot like i thort but its always nice to have some one tell you it ^^. Thanks for the quick respond all ill keep on using both flags, as many of you say, the detonation chance is quit low.
