Brindisi is a weakling.

It's 3500 doubloons and 6 weeks of mostly unpleasant grind. If WG gives us a weak ship for such an effort, then thanks no for the next time. Here they work significantly less well.

I had occassional ping spikes during the week. Today evening, there were several spikes and I got disconnected two times. The clan discord was working without interruptions.

If there is no buff to Odin, then it was the last time I took part in the dockyard event.

I feel like a cheater, I skipped most of the difficult grinds by playing Agir.

This matchmaking, T5-T8, with no DDs and 2CVs per side:

I think WG referred to themselves with the Schweinehund, as they dare to give 1 container as a reward.

The marketing guys think they can sell us the same German ship every other month.

I'm getting to the point to ignore everything WG does and just play when/what I fancy to play. The whole game feels like the marketing/economist guys were set lose to do anything they want and decided to unleash the hell upon us.

I'm still getting confused by this tokens / two kinds of containers event...

We got new sound effects with the latest patch. How many of you like/hate them?

Not really a fan of that camo. Also, I prefer the look of Tirpitz over Odin.

Well guys, I finished the dockyard grind and got the Odin. I only tested it in a couple of co-op games, but it feels like a letdown. I don't want to judge it too soon, but these are my first impressions: The guns are wonky without the dispersion module, with the module, they are ok-ish, but you lose the secondary module. I had an IFHE + Man Sec captain, but it barely did any secondary damage, due to the secondaries being silent most of the time. I wonder if it's a bug with the man sec on. I put another captain on the ship without any secondary skills, and the damage was much higher. Of course, the battles were different, I will do some tests in the training room later. The main guns feel worse than that of the Agir, due to the Battleship dispersion and somehow have worse shots even at close ranges. The HP feels really low, the ship melts quickly. The whole things feels like a budget knock-out Tirpitz. I'd rather play Agir over this one, and Tirpitz also feels much better. Strangely, I also find the proportions of the ship odd. The gun turrets feel oversized, like on the Graf Spee, and the stern of the ship sits lower. It feels like they cut out some material from there reminding you the lack of proper HP. It adds to the budget feel. So far I feel that the long grind and the 3500 doubloons did not worth it, but I will give it another chance.

Is this a WiP carrier, that's why the name was hidden?

There are some matches without any DDs, but most of them has some DDs. Somehow the distribution is less equal now due to some matchmaking changes. Also, previously, it was EU DD season, so we had a higher number of DDs. Now, everyone grinds the latest Soviet cruisers, so less games with EU DDs. Also a lot of the Odin and German CV directives make some regular DD players playing other classes, reducing the total number of DDs out there.

Powerful at T8 might be good for T9.

No sarcasm, I wish for a nice Italian T9 coal BB, like the French had JB.
