You should get the 200%, the customer support guy is wrong. Ask help from community managers here. If you buy a ship worth of 12500 doubloons, then you get 25000 doubloons. You should count the discounted price in a package.

I don't know the turret rotation exactly, but never had a problem with it. It's not French. If you're outplaying them, then it's probably that your gunfighting skills are better, not your ship.

Cossack's guns are not good at distance, because of the slow shell trajectory. They're excellent around DD detection ranges.

He had 77 wins and 50 losses, netting 27 stars, so he should have saved 13 stars. My feeling is that the data for the R10-R1 colums are bugged. Also I have no idea what tracked means. Maybe it's the range as you guessed, but why do we have a range?

The first battle column is the total number of battles, so it's 127. The second battle column is for ranks below 10, but the numbers are odd there. Actually, the same is true if you're an 50% WR player, then get into rank 10-6 ASAP, and you'll have much better games than in random. I went back to random after 23 ranked games in the 10-6 bracket, and it felt like a kindergarten sandbox. Everybody broadsiding, people sailing away from the objectives, etc. People get frustrated with ranked because losing is more painful than in randoms, but you really should play this game mode for the better games on the average. -
Actually with 60% WR, it's rather 160 games, or even less. With 160 games you have 96 wins and 64 losses, that's 96-64=32 stars net. But from 64 losses you'll be top of the team 9 games (if you're top of the team once in every seventh game, which should be more given you're 60% WR), so it's 32+9=41 starts. Each player starts with 100 ELO. All players in the winning team gain the same ELO, all player in the losing team lose the same ELO. You're ELO will reflect your skill over several matches, not in a single match. It's an adaptive measure. The best players will have their ELO increasing till they achieve some ceiling, like 1500. Other players will move back and forth, like between 800-1000. AFK and hard carrier gets the same gain in a single match, but their ELO will reflect their skill over several matches. Also you can have 3 classes. E.g. 0-500, 500-1000, above 1000. The match maker would match you only within your class, like now the ranks 18-11, ranks 10-6, ranks 5-2 are one match making class. The final ranking would happen at the end of the season, the prizes would be distributed at the end of the season, based on your final ranking. -

1. You can calculate the team Elo as the sum of the individual Elo-s. You calculate the Elo gain for the team. You can divide the Elo gain/loss equally across team members. 2. Elo measures the skill on the long run, that's why it's useful 3. No re-spawn is needed, it's a team effort. If one dies in the beginning, it's a loss for the team. -

We need ranked based on Elo rating: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elo_rating_system The Elo system was originally invented as an improved chess-rating system over the previously used Harkness system, but is also used as a rating system for multiplayer competition in a number of video games,[1] association football, American football, basketball,[2] Major League Baseball, table tennis, board games such as Scrabble and Diplomacy, and other games. A player's Elo rating is represented by a number which may change depending on the outcome of rated games played. After every game, the winning player takes points from the losing one. The difference between the ratings of the winner and loser determines the total number of points gained or lost after a game. If the high-rated player wins, then only a few rating points will be taken from the low-rated player. However, if the lower-rated player scores an upset win, many rating points will be transferred. The lower-rated player will also gain a few points from the higher rated player in the event of a draw. This means that this rating system is self-correcting. Players whose ratings are too low or too high should, in the long run, do better or worse correspondingly than the rating system predicts and thus gain or lose rating points until the ratings reflect their true playing strength. -

The target area has a specific geometry. You can lessen the impact by choosing the right angle. Same for missiles. When the Audacious picks me, I disengage from the rest of the ships to avoid getting broadsided by other ships. You just have to think in advance. -

I'm speaking about statistics, not about possibility. Causal players can get her, but in fact most of them plays their older ships, or grind another line. Like in our clan the causals still grind the Italian cruisers, German cruisers, and so on. -

Once upon a time, they told us on stream that the next coal ship would be a German BB. Probably Pommern, if you can trust WG to not alter the deal. Marceau: definitely yes, my most fun ship since a while.
