As you don't have any high tier premium, it's worth getting one. In your situation, the question is whether you get the Massachusetts with the 25% coupon for 9750 doubloons or get the Odin for 3500 doubloons. The Odin is fun, and makes Tier 8 credits, but the Massachusetts is the real thing. So if you want a budget T8, then Odin is the best deal, if you want the best ship in the game, then go for the Massachusetts.

I'm re-buying my T9s for the upcoming snowflakes. I've just tried it in co-op, without the -7% dispersion module. It can't even hit a broadsiding GK from 4km. I'll rather collect money for re-buying the FdR and will get the modules for Izumo around Christmas.

Agir is a much better choice than Seattle or Buffalo. Don't waste your hard earned FreeXP. The secondaries on Agir were nerfed, but the main guns are rewarding. Even Flambass put up a recent video on Agir saying it was the best German ship and he likes it more than Siegfried.

You should expect the CV coming and not go into positions where you can easily be one struck. It's the same as not charging into focus fire. A lot of people just ignore the CV in their thought process and consider it to be an unpredictable threat. You should watch the mini map to see where the planes go, if they take your side and you're in a vulnerable ship then play very cautiously and stay near to high AA ships.

There were high AA DDs during the carrier rework test but they were omitted. Now the anti CV crowd wanted a high AA DD and WG delivered it to them. It's completely unbalanced as it gives an unfair advantage compared to other DDs. Also, the average CV players can't deal with it. I much more prefer the Marceau level of AA, which is engaging for both sides. Of course the anti CV crowd will surely spam this thread.

Guys, it's not misleading. You get 200% back in doubloons. The support guy is wrong about it. I remember cases before when people got the 200% doubloons (I have no time to google them up now).
