This is true for the T7, which isactually a good ship. The T8’s AP overpens everything, while the SAP is not strongenough. The SAP starts to work at Lepanto. I did the T7 grind in randoms, the T8 grind in bronze. T8 was saved by the armor, but I enjoyed the Marco Polo ranked games more. Lepanto feels like a big improvement, seems even stronger than Marco Polo, which feels over nerfed.

I needed one star to rank out in the bronze league, when I started to play yesterday evening. About two and a half hours later, I was at rank4. It was the kind of games when your only T9 BB sails to the top right corner of the map, behind some islands at the start of the game, while your DD smokes up within the radar range of an Alaska, and your cruiser makes potshots on BBs, instead of shooting the DDs closer to them. Completely wasted my evening.

Decorative camo's up till now can be switched to a more generic alternative camo look that is often the same as the doubloon normal camo making the ships less posh.    For Italian BB that is still not provided, so we have to sail around in an absurd painting ship. Could you make a posting asking the devs this option will be enabled for IT BB ?

Next ranked bronze will be T6-T7. Try grinding crappy T8s and T9s there.

Ohio is considered the best research bureau ship. It’s a big hassle to get her compared to Thunderer. Why do all the grind when you can get a better ship for less hassle? Even Georgia is much better at her tier than Ohio. Basically you have to regrind 3 T10s to get the Ohio, it simply does not worth it. I know that Georgia and Thunderer are no longer available, but I had no big issues getting them.

You have 700 battles in total and your highest tier ship is the Amagi. Where did you play the Ohio?

Well, 90% of the ships need to be nerfed if you want to make Ibuki competitive.

WG wants you to grind more by rotating OP ships at an accelerated rate. A lot of players will do the opposite and stop grinding/spending money. I spent 100 Euros on the game two years ago, last year I spent about 50, this year I’ll spend zero because of the accelerated obsolence.

The player base is shrinking so WG have to squeeze more money out of the remaining players, making even more players to leave. See where this is going?

New strategy for WG: remove/nerf OP ships, introduce new nerfable OP premiums -> constant milking of the playerbase New strategy for me: close my wallet, find a better hobby and play less.

Is Moskva worth grinding, apart from becoming a premium ship? I don't see much Moskvas around in battles, I wonder why.

Fracesco was a blast, Veneto is much more painful. She deserves 1.8 sigma, nerfing her reload was enough compared to Roma.

I have the legendary Yamato and only paid 5000 doubloons for the perma camo. Totally grindable.

I found this week’s naval to be the best format so far. With slowly increasing XP requirements, you can play your preferred ships. I made 7/7 points, with five wins and two losses.
