I think we have much better time in Hungary than some other guys, but it’s not the forum to discuss political views.

My feeling is that even the devs don’t have a great influence, but it’s the profit hungry finance guy who has the final word on everything, creating constant frustration to get into our packets. Let’s nerf new tech tree ships to make the grid painful, let’s nerf dockyard ships to not give value for cheap, let’s nerf HE and secondaries to sell new premiums with the old effectiveness, etc...

Odin started out good and remained good, Hizen started out bad and remained bad, so no, for the first question. The whales are usually not clueless noobs who want to buy them into high tier gameplay. ARP Yamato’s WR and other stats regularly outperform that of standard Yamato. Whales are usually serious players with loose pockets. Also they buy into dock yard events for grinding the extra resources. People like to post stat pages of some clueless whales, but that’s not typical, and also makes people feel better thinking that it’s only some stupid guy having too much money on their hands. Black players are probably better than average, but so do Benham players. I think there is no question that the radar and smoke combo improves the WR.

Irian was initially released in loot boxes only, and ended up in the armory for doubloons later. Same is expected to happen with the Agincourt.

To be honest, these four guys are not the kind of individuals a proper business would like to be associated with. Not surprised that they ended up promoting Wargaming’s product, for a while. Personally, I found Zoup the most entertaining of this bunch. Not because of his notorious knowledge of the game, but because his public apologies where he made insider relevations about how CCs manipulate you to get higher views. He felt like the errant sheep who regretted choosing the wrong way, which was a kind of human and cute.

At least, based on the stats, the choice between Black and ZF-6 is quite clear. Does Neustrashimi feel better, or more fun than ZF-6?

For me the decision is whether to pick up ZF-6, or to buy a ship like Hyuga, or some other upcoming good ship. I still expect Black to be available for coal, which would cover my T9 premium DD needs. ZF-6 would have been nice as a coal or free XP ship, but giving out doubloons for her, I am not sure about.

I heard the same reasoning for Hizen. Her WR did not go up after non whales got their hands on her. BTW, most whales are not noobs.

They remove ships to increase sales. They do it in batches, as that way is more profitable than removing all of them once, as most people would not whale out to get them all. They also see the excel sheets showing decreasing profits for certain ships that could benefit from a sale increase before the removal.

I don’t see why the ZF-6 would be strong. Flamu hyped her and a bunch of other CCs followed him, but the stats says otherwise. What does she do better than Kita?

You might be right. I only noticed not getting the Dreadnought when I had taken extreme amount of damage. I did not know about the 4 different ships condition.

In ranked you need to be able to carry in order to advance with a reasonable number of games. You need to improve your skills to be at that level, otherwise you're just one average Joe from the 14 players and the end result is random, dragging you back and forth, without advancing.

There is a dockyard mission to cause 100 fires with a cruiser. Co-op is full with Smollies, while Hindies flocked into randoms.

FDR was the favorite playmate of my Maceau. You just outrun her torps and bombs.

I’ve seen a lot of poor Sinop players this season. I guess veterans don’t pay 1000 doubloons or 600,000 captain XP to move a 21 pointer on her, just for a week of ranked.

I ranked out in 23 games of which 5 was with the Duke, providing 4 wins. Also seen a purple guy sailing her.

Duke of York s a fine ship, she was my favorite in the current ranked bronze. She does not have Nelson’s super heal, but has an improved British heal, and lot’s of HP that compensate her weaker armor scheme. Also, the AP is great with improved angles and the manoeverability is good. In fact Nelson usually can’t fully benefit from her superheal mid to end game, as she eats citadels and torps more easily and that cannot be healed back. Considering that you have about 250 battles in total, she’s a good ship for you to do ranked bronze and Narai. Don’t aim for a T9 or T10, as your first coal ship. You’re not yet prepared for that and it takes much more time to grind enough coal for T9. Here is my recent ranked game with Duke where I survived 125k damage and was on the top of the score board:

As per the stats, she's the most OP ship you currently can get in the game, about 60% werkly random WR. I'm still not decided about getting her. She is a tier 6 DD after all. I rarely play my tier 6s, and if I fancy some DD play, I'd rather take Shima, Marceau, or Smaland out. She can be comptetive even in the current T6-T7 rankeds, but I'm not sure if I wanted to play her over and over again with sub 45% WR guys that will populate the bronze league within a few weeks.

I watched an US streamer opening 44 containers. He got König Albert and Agincurt in the 42th and 43th ones.
