This is a DD predator. Red DD shells shatter on her while she makes a quick job to finish them off. You have long duration radar and a Smaland style speed boost, so no chance getting away from her. The negatives are getting bored when there are no more red DDs, you have to do damage farming in a ship that turns like a brick and slow when not on speedboast.

Seems to be the best Dutch cruiser so far. The question is how does she compare to the likes of Mainz. She is cheaper, for sure, and you have the new airstrike gimmick working, the first time. I have the Mainz, but I don’t play her much, because I rarely fancy HE spamming..

That's one of the reasons why Roma up-tiers quite nicely. Needing to penetrate more armor is bliss.

I also like PQ. He said a couple of things I don't agree with ("potato" quality things ), but he has some good observations and he's relaxed and entertaining. I think that Flambass has the issue of being the second one. Even in Olympics, being the third one is fulfilling, while being the second one is depressing.

You're kind of the exception, not the rule. The OP is probably in a different situation.

A: Most of them are, I'm not playing clan wars. You meet the top 5% in about 5% of your CV matches, so in total about less than 2% of your matches. B: That's an issue with full AA spec, you spend so many points just to be ignored. C: Keeping one buddy close wouldn't hurt, just because the CV would rather target someone else. D: It probably depends on when you play, in T10 they seem to be much less frequent since the rocket nerf. E: Easily if you are on the move. The only issue is the endgame if you're forced to make evasive maneuvers against a CV while getting into a crossfire from a surface ship.

To be honest, full AA spec cruisers still works now, at least I tried it with Yoshino. The problem is that you don't see so many planes nowadays.

You need a lot of commander XP to level up Lütjens to a usable level. If you use him as a 10 pointer, then it does not really worth it.

Iowa is a good ship, the grind is enjoyable. She’s eclipsed by Musashis, JBs and Georgias, but that’s true for any other T9 BB.

I've quickly checked some early reviews. Basically a T8 Alaska balanced by low DPM. In fact more balanced than the Alaska, and gets worse match making, so no reason to get her if you already have the Alaska.

It was like detonation, realistic, but frustrating mechanics. I meet like three griefers over several years, but they were extremely annoying. A guy got pissed of a couple of days ago because we collided, and rage torped me. I could completely ignored his rage thanks to getting no friendly damage. Also, finally I can freely long range torp with Yoshino. I used to hit something after a few minutes of the launch, usually a friendly ship that moved into the torp path randomly.

I think the stock guns are bugged. They seems to hit more after upgraded (should be the first upgrade).

I've encountered two accounts that are less than a year old and both have Missouri and Musashi, but does not have the Christmas gate and other low tier premiums, like Makarov. How is this possible? See the screenshots from the two anonymized accounts below:

WG's logic: the ship was played to death, we won't generate any revenue from it, so push players to grind new lines where they will spend money.

According to my analysis below, it's possible that most of the Napoli purchases so far are for doubloons:

I made some analysis on the number of battles for a couple of ships relative to the NA server (100%). I suppose that people spend less real money on the Russian server. My observation is that Napoli follows the pattern of recent doubloon ships (around 30% on the RU server), not that of recent coal ships (around 60% on the RU server). The possible explanation is that the early Napoli purchases were mostly made for doubloons and not for coal. We already have 7k battles on the EU server, so the ship is quite popular for a new release. The the percentages above were normalized per server by the total number of T10 cruiser battles on each server (so 100% on EU does not mean the same number of battles as 100% on NA). "Rel Pop" means "Relative Popularity".

Actually, we know since the Roma and the Duca d'Aosta that the Italian HE is garbage.
