Günther gives 15% secndary boost. If you have 50k secndary damage, which is kind of exceptional, then it gives less than +7500 damage. It can be a game changer in certain situation, but I’d enjoy a new ship more than +1 win in every 15th game. Of course, if you feel overwhelming joy watching your secondaries fire then go for the Lütjie.

9.2km is the base detection range. You can reduce it to 8.28km or 7.45km with the skill and/or module.

You can farm 25 crates worth of steel with 60 ranked wins, that is 120 games with 50%WR. That is about 30 hours of playing, i.e. 3.5 work days worth of work time. So you work (grind) 18 days (8h per day) to get a Stalingrad in ranked.

From 20 mega crates you have 3.2x1250 steel that is 4000 steel on the average.

Not from a single crate, you have to hit the ship drop chance. Like from 4 mega crates you have about 50% chance to get a ship. So for 6000 doubloons you can expect 1250/2= 625 steel. A ship woul be about 40x625 steel, so 40x6000 doubloons.

I have a couple of steam games that I could play instead of Warships, like CKIII, or I picked up Dragon Age 3 for free from Twitch, but still only play Warships, because of addiction.

Also probably there will be a ton of small crates from missions and codes to fill up your standard signals.

I’m not a co-op main, just a snow flaker, but also noticed rge slow BB issue. I sympathize with the co-op guys who cannot use a whole bunch of ships in their preferred game mode.

It was taken into account, I gave the chance for getting at least one ship, the chance of getting 1 or 2 or 3 or etc. ships, not exactly one ship. The expected number of ships also the best for the mega (see the mu values in the screenshots)

Edit: corrected the chances, mega is the best both for any kind and T8+ ships. The bigger, the better. I did some calculations. For 30 certificates, you can have 30 small, 10 big or 6 mega gifts. It gives you the following chances to get at least 1 ship: 30 small containers: 53.21% 10 big containers: 61.06% 6 mega containers: 64.87% It gives you the following chances to get at least 1 T8+ ship: 30 small containers: 13.96% 10 big containers: 18.29% 6 mega containers: 21.72% So if you want to get a ship, then the mega ones are the best bang for your certificates. If you want to get a T8+ ship, then also the mega ones are the best bang for your certificates. The probable doubloon (750) and coal (5250) yield is mathematically the same for all the 3 crate portfolios, so it should have no influence on your crate choice. Also the expected premium days (around 10) is nearly the same. (I did not provide the calculations for it) Math details are below:

I also got a losing streak in ranked silver on Tuesday. It comes down to having a mix of unicum and potato players, and it’s kind of “random” whether you get the potatoes or the unicums on your team. I suggest to stop playing ranked after 2 loses, and to switch ships. I switched from Bourgogne/Smaland to Yamato, as everybody and their grandma were playing nose in radar cruisers.

My intent was to make the OP and his accomplices break a bad habit to conserve their health for the future, using most convincing arguments.

Marceau is fun, as cruising at 55kts while obliterating any other DD is fun. I play Smaland more, as having radar and faster torps worked better for me than farming damage on BBs, once the red DDs are gone, but Marceau was my favorite DD before getting Smallie. Consider Marceau feels like a mini cruiser.

This happens in your team, while the enemy team places two 60%WR Des Moines players at the two islands in position to obliterate anything moving close to the cap.
