I like the OP's suggestions, but unfortunately also doubt WG would implement them. At the very least though, I wish they would implement the part about once a captain has learned a ship he can always drive that ship again for free. Makes sense and would allow us to use lower tier ships more.

I decided to play my Nicolai the other day and noticed a new Halloween Permanent Camo available for 4,000 dubloons. I clicked on it and realized it makes your Nicolai look like Rasputen in the Halloween Operation. That was the best 4000 dubloons I've ever spent. Its damn fun! And why am I posting that in this thread?!! It also includes this flag as part of the Camo (a second flag that only flies when you are using this Camo)... So I guess you can technically sort of get this flag in the EU. I'll do a screenshot when I get home.

We had three DD's .. we chain smoked Translvania and she had almost full hp at the end. in case you didnt notice, the 19 point captains can be respecced for free. The fire prevention talent is very useful for all ships..had 4 fires at once several times on my dd.

Keep her - she's a unique ship with unique mechanics - She can be fun to play, and with the right build and captain can be great in ranked. Once she's gone, you may never get her back, and as you said, you don't need the dubloons.

The poll is pretty self explanitory. I can see why people would feel strongly about one option vs the other. I'm curious to see what others think about this. For me personally, I would prefer for my ships to be able to be requed as soon as I am sunk in a battle. I rarely remain in a battle once I am dead. The exceptions are when I am playing in a Division or when the battle is close and I want to see how it turns out. I feel like the inability to re-que until the battle is over hurts my ability to improve on my skill for a particular ship. When faced with the decision to wait for the battle to end, or que in another ship, I almost always pick queing in another ship. I would prefer to stay with the same ship so I can learn from my mistakes, keep the same aiming requirements, etc. To be clear, I think this option should only be available once you are sunk - you should not be able to leave a battle and reque if you are still alive.

This tactic is a problem in other games, but wouldn't the cost of repairs make this uneconomical in WoWS? (Legit question, I don't really pay attention to how much a battle costs me.)

Im suprised by the numbers so far.. l expected more yes and more I dont care. Other than WG games, I am having a hard time thinking of games that don't let you reque with the same character (ship, tank, robot, elf, etc,) until the battle you were killed in is over. Maybe more yolo wouldn't be a bad thing if it replaced map edge sniping?

While we are on the topic, I'd like to see flags and camo be multiplicative rather than additive too (with lower values ofc to compensate).

I'm not defending the system, or saying what you did was right or wrong. But sarcasim doesnt translate well to text, and is often misinterpreted. The same comment in discord that gets the other person laughing can come across as highly offensive in chat. I also suspect that once you've been chat banned once, its probably much easier for you to get chat banned again. So the system is much more punishing to you now than to the rest of us. Speech is not free in Soviet Russia.

The first of those crates I opened was from a daily crate, I had selected flags and cammo. The second was one of the two supercontainer crates for completeing stage 5 of the 2nd campaign.

What's fishy about that? I spent some money because I like to collect. But there is nothing fishy here from my side... This did happen and I did nothing other than open the containers. If you want to think there's something "fishy" about that, go ahead. Man these forums have become so toxic. Edit- Oh and I haven't tried either of them yet (just got them a few hours ago) because I've had other commitments. I'll play them tomorrow.
