Share your statistics with said ships (which may be way above your average performance) and tell us why you love them so much :) For me it has got to be the Missouri (even though I rarely find the use for it's arguably OP radar): Atlanta (just fun ship to the bone, the dakka on this one is unrivaled): Buffalo (the AP aplha strike is scary as hell): And lastly Alsace (the winrate is abyssmal, but the ship never let me down in any situation)

The mechanics of credit coefficients of premium ships remain locked in the WG closet. And so are the actual credit earning sources mechanics (how much do you get for a kill, a cap point, etc). The best answer you can hope for is following formula of the profitability of premium ships: Missouri > Musashi, Kronhstadt > all the tier 8 premiums > all the tier 7 premiums... EDIT: Or you could go for the more sophisticated answer of @Verblonde which contains the same conclusion, just above :)

It's actually 6750 Doubloons (450 + 14*450). I use them for TX perma-camo and some premium time. Quite a good deal for me.
