Seems to me that although the prices haven't changed, the contains of the containers are somewhat poorer. It could be just me, though. There should be only one buyable campaign for steel, (Steel Giants) for 4k steel. Everything else should be free to get.

It seems like a huge waste to me. Once you can farm with any one 19 point captain for EliteXP, you're home. 20 - 30k every game for training any future captains. The dude has got the flags for it, since he opened enough crates to pay for a small catering party at WG HQ.
