It's either Russian Konspiracy, or the fact that reworked CVs would be even more powerful with the old flooding mechanic. Your choice.

How will the "lootbox" ship fit into the tech Three?
Blixies replied to Hannibalurg's topic in General Discussion
No. The status is there so you don't have to retrain commanders. EDIT: Ninja'd! Also do you only keep the highest tier ship, or all of them? -
Are the CV numbers on a rise? Can you sauce me please, buddy? Anyway, lets wait if people get on the RUBB train in the coming weeks.

in the second, or the third iteration, does it matter? :P I suspect it will still be one of the best tier 7 BBs. Sort of mini-yamato.

Hello darkness my old friend...

trust me, DONT buy that soviet container!
Blixies replied to Sometimes_Naive's topic in General Discussion
Got the tier 7 from 7 containers, I can wait for the tier 8's release :) -
I don't know how you did it, but the signal mounting and demounting is actually smoother and faster. Appreciated, keep up the UI improvements coming please, God knows it's needed.

Which forum members have you seen in random battles?
Blixies replied to Cobra6's topic in General Discussion
Fought alongside @Saltface. We made a bad call and kept pushing, cost us the game, but his performance was excellent I have to say. It's been a pleasure. -
I thought if this many times, good idea IMHO. It is very annoying to strip 8 signals every time I want to test something in co op for example. EDIT: I think you should word the OP more clearly, it's a bit confusing. Also naming a topic "this needs to happen" is very general and unclear. Fix pls.

Looks like I got on his list of the naughty soothsayers and Round Earthers as well. Let's see how long he pesters decent players before he gets bored, or banned. -
What Were Your Greatest Gaming Achievements Today ?

My 1st ever game in Lexington (fully upgraded apart from the hull). Credits to @El2aZeR for very useful tips and tricks, saved me a lot of planes. PS: Never touching TiTs, the HVARs are total insanity. (Did a 9k volley on the poor Graf Spee) -
Two people already talk about Atlanta. It's one of the best premiums IMHO.

I wouldn't recommend it. I have 38k average damage and 0.98 kills per game in mine and my PR is 2 562 (Super Unicum) - I'm not telling you this to brag, but to show how little damage this DD does on average. (All player average is whopping 17 021. Taken from sample on WoWs Stats & Numbers). It was my first ship in closed beta, it's fun, it's engaging, it's a jack of all trades. I love it but the damage it does is bad. The (recently buffed) torps are flavorful, but again, bad. It has defAA, which is nice nowadays. Used to be the fastest ship in the game - no longer applies, Leningrads will hunt you down and mercilessly sink you. WG knows it's weak, that's why It has the highest XP coefficient in the game, as far as I know. Not like we can confirm it, because it's a WG sekrit ;) VERDICT: T-61 is a tier lower, and is much better tier for tier. Perhaps even as a ship itself. This guy knows what's up! The'Lanta is just as challenging as the SIms, but your effort yields sweet sweet fruit of success'

AA Cruiser Udaloi ( oh wait.... it is a DD ! )
Blixies replied to Beastofwar's topic in General Discussion
That's it. I can tolerate the ill spewing of this arrogant individual no longer. Time to research how to block somebody completely on this forum (fingers crossed it can be done). -

Roughly 3 times a year. Right gents?

Excellent build overall, but I don't see how you live without Expert Loader after the BB AP nerf versus DDs. I would pick EL instead of PM.

Bearcat 3xTiT sealclubs ( lower tier ) Cruisers

You haven't been looking then. And seeing how you stalk every CV thread, I suspect you just did not want to see it, so you can feel special for coming up with something "new." -
USS Lexington, vs USS Enterprise......
Blixies replied to Hopeless_Guppy's topic in General Discussion
I see, thank you. Accelerated bailouted worked for me in training room using Lexington unupgraded rocket planes though. My previous tests with bailing out in the post-attack phase also indicate that there is indeed no difference in flying at normal speed, using boost to accelerate, or ot deccelerate. Only thing that matters is using "F" during the time the camera returns to your remianing planes post-attack. EDIT: The only ime the boosted bailout failed to work was when I kept holding the "W" all the way through the drop. -

About the replay, what happened at around 1:50? Looked like you wanted to use boosted bailout but didn't. Otherwise: Now I see why you call BigE so flexible and good. Very poweerful! -

Great advice coming from a guy who can't read at all apparently. -
Dude, the stuck icon has happend to me (as I was trying to figure out the boosted bailout on my own). I thought the planes are lost forever, not just an icon :) Another "mystery" resolved, thanks!
-
That is the plan. But with my limited experience in CVs I have no idea how to tell if the planes are returning faster compared to standard bailout. I was thinking using stopwatch to see the fly-back time. But I have no idea how to measure the same distance for planes that i just send back from a point without dropping their load and the ones returning with boosted bailout. Furthermore - and that's more important, I don't know how to tell the difference in time during which the planes are vulnerable (before reaching the safe altitude). Anyway, both you and @El2aZeR have been very helful. After seeing previous posts of @Beastofwar I take his advice with a heap of salt.
