Ok Guys, thanks for the reply, i did a search via google and indeed Belgium governement banned all loot boxed, it started with the games Star Wars Battlefront 2, Overwatch, FIFA 18 en Counter-Strike Global Offensive . i thought it was for kids (-18) that this applied, but no, its for everyone in Belgium. now i have to pay the full prizes for those ships, damned.... or Wargaming should offer a coupon or so for us liitle Belgium country.

Hey All, is it normal that a French Tier VIII battleship Richelieu with a Propulsion of 155,000 hp, speed of 32 knots, outruns a German premium Tier VII destroyer Z-39 with a Propulsion of 70,000 hp, and 36 knots, in a Random Battle, The Atlantic scenery... had to hunt him down all the way across the grid / map and he kept well clear of me... just a rare case or he had hidden French Boosters ...
