Same here. I'm runnig WOWS on a Lenovo Yoga 2 pro Laptop and Windows 10, and can play the game only with sounds disabled, because I can't stand this unnerving stuttering. The Yoga 2 surely is no gaming laptop, but is able to run some sophisticated games (Eve online, WOT, ...) but there is no other game, not even WOT, that shows me those sound problems. I can't believe that this issue is such a big problem to wargaming, that its solution lacks for so long ...
