Why can't the 6 x 2 105mm dual purpose secondary guns that are mounted on the flight deck bearing towards the starboard side unable to shoot over to port? Is this design choice deliberate? I mean I could understand from a realistic standpoint; hitting your own planes with your ships guns is definitely inefficient but how come tier 8 and 9 CV's Lexington and Essex who has a similar secondary setup, can still use their twin 127mm guns and shoot to port when those guns are also mounted on starboard?
