In der Beschreibung steht, dass ein wiederkehrender Spieler 25 Gefechte fahren muss. In den Regeln steht, dass er 20 Gefechte gewinnen muss. Was von beiden ist denn korrekt? Und es sind alle Gefechts Modi erlaubt, außer Trainingraum. Das ist richtig? Und gibt es eine Anzeige irgendwo (z.b. Rekrutierungsbüro), die bestätigt, dass ein Spieler die Anforderungen erfüllt hat? -
Hello! I wanted to write a general Feedback to the Public Test Server. This Test was my first Time playing it myself, before I only watched Videos about it. I think the public Test Server in its current State is not a good test system. Firstly I think it is good thing in general to have something like this to test things out before they go live. Battlefield 4 is a good example why this is very important. It is a nice thing to have some rewards, so players get some kind of compensation. It is great to be able to freely research stuff and and test it out. But here is the Problem, you don`t test anything diffrent, the ships are all the same, the upcomming ships only get tested by supertesters and such. We only try out the Event with much easier objectives, but what are we testing if the objectives are simpler? That they work? Either you at Wargaming are bugfixing this beforehand or your Interface is very bug free in general. In additon it is the same as it has been for years, the structure is not changed just the objective names and what to do, but that is already working. Maybe we are supposed to give feedback to the new UI? But if that is all, there could have been just a presentational video from the Offical channel or Youtubers having access and showcasing everything. That would work out too. Everyone would see the changes and could give input there. Also would be soo much still changing? I don`t understand our level of influence here, would a graphic be redesigned or a color changed? I seems so final that there would be no major changes be done, because if I am correct it will roll out in a week. In general I have to admit I was pretty lost on what to do, there is no text to be found listing what changes are supposed to be tested, so I found myself just looking at the PTS combat missions and playing them for a bit. But that gets boring really fast too, because all you can do is play Coop against Bots. For random are just so little amounts of Players queing, I played a 4v4 after 3 min of waiting. #3amInTheMorningWoWs, but it was late afternoon on a holiday. So I don`t get what is there to test out. We can't test anything that could be related the to Live Servers when there are no random matches because coop is a very diffrent playstyle. The only thing I concluded is there to test was the Odin Event, the Russian Event and the new Combat mission UI. The Odin Event has been tested before through the Puerto Rico Event, the only thing that could be tested is how manageable would be missions to grind for that thing. But we get way easier Mission with completly diffrent rewards, so what is there to test for that? The Russian Event is currently on the Live Server and while I admit it was fun to be able to spam lootboxes, it gets pretty boring after the 10th time with such a long loading time and opening one after the other. The new UI is something to talk about, but like I mentioned I don't get why you not just showcase it and it seems so very final to me. I will admit, this was my only time, so I don't know if you are Testing things like what happens if we give Yamato a 20 Sec reload or extend Smolenks reload to 7sec, but make the Smoke last 5 minutes. Because that is what I kinda expected. Still I think it wouldn't help because you only test stuff versus Bots what is not very good for testing balance for the live Servers. And if Ships never get tested like that, I really don`t get what PTS is for. Furthermoore I would suggest to rather put the PTS either as a diffrent Server region with better rewards so all Players can access it more easily and don`t need a new client plus this would help to make random Battles happen. Also come on Guys a few Flags, is that all? Maybe I just didn`t find the true rewards. That brings me to my next suggestion: make a Post where is listed what is supposed to be looked at. And not just how to join in and what is newly added. Alternativly I would suggest something in the likes of the Submarine Battles that you get rent ships in that mode that are modified from the original in the ways you want to test, because the Sub mode is easy to access and a seperate thing to play. You have all the Structure needed for that and this would boost the Playernumbers for the Test mode extrem. A little nuisance: there should be a ingame tool to make screenshots and write feedback In Conclusion I really like that you provide such a Service, it is good and important to have, but the things beeing tested work technically and are not really something that should be on a Test Server, because it is presentable in a simple Video. The Test Server is lacking a good testing enviroment for presentable results, this would need to be takeled by higher Player numbers and the real Objects for Campaigns.
