Was kinda surprised to be matched against a Bismarck in my Baltimore! He capped and there was not too much I could do but delay him and lose half my health the 1st time he managed to hit me.......but then he decided he was gonna win harder and came after me.......so I shook him off between some islands, reset the caps and held my fire untill he tried to retake caps. Then I reset 30 times for the easy win and one very upset opponent who stated I should have taken him head on Funny guy. Seriously tho, if he had stayed in cap there would not have been much I could have done. Sooner or later he would have gotten me. Not really much balance in that one.
