in my opinion the issue is not the adding of more soviet ships. The issue is the TIMING.Aside of the divisiveness off the balancing of certain russian ships, the USSR BB line ain't exactly the oldest line in the game... and now here more russian cruisers. the Brits also got up to 4 lines. Meanwhile the Kriegsmarine (yes, i'll keep using them here, because it's true) is the oldest faction in the game that hasn't gotten a 4th branch yet. Brits had gotten their Carriers and now the Heavy Cruisers...

iirc most of the cruisers they have in game are... well.. blueprints. so the fact that they built more cruisers post WWII is kinda mood in this regard

hopefully after the KM gets it's fourth branch... i would've prefered another branch for IJN over a fifth Soviet, but since WG decided "nah, need 5 russian branches"...

Lütjens kommt ohne Missionen und nur durch Kohle... keine Alternative Camo und 2. Flagge... keine Kohle Schiffe... von Siggi hört man seit Ewigkeiten nix... als ob WG das durchziehen würde. Würde doch weniger FXP und Credits aus den Taschen der Leute ziehen, die schon die Bismarck, Friedrich und Kurfürst haben. könnte auch mit dem Research Bureau reingrätschen, da es dann wohl entweder beides resettet oder keins. btw. ejtzt wo sie die Moskwa zur Kohle schieben... könnte WG nicht das selbe mit der Kurfürst machen und wir kriegen dann ne Richtige H-Klasse in den Baum?
