HE "Stärke" (wenig Schaden, geringe Brandchance, hoher Pen) kann im Grunde von allen Nationen via IFHE reingeholt werden, wobei die dann meisten noch mehr Schaden machen und oft sogar noch höhere Brandchance haben.... in terms of BC the German line can easily go from Tier III or IV to VII without fantasy. to 8 with actually planned designs (replace Gneisenau in the BB tree with L20alpha and put a buffed Gneis in the BC tree at Tier VIII). If they weren't using the Siegfried etc. for Prems, they could've been the final German Bis... DDs also could be made with actually planned designs rather Han Fantasy. Split into big gun DDs and hybrid, with the Spähkreuzer 38 and 40 being the top German 15 cm gun DDs (both have 6 15cm guns... and 10 torpedo launchers admittedly but maybe they could be given eh cruiser tops instead of the normal German DD torps?) The DD split could start at Tier VI with Ernst Gaede (and at 8 Z23) being moved into the big gun line and new ships taking their place in the hybrid line (iirc there was a follow up to the T22 with 12.7cm guns that was actually built)

hehe... und ich schau mir das ganze AP Zeug an und denk mir Nur: "Sad German AP Noises"... die dt. Kreuzer AP hat hohen Schaden, bezahlt dafür aber mit der Unmöglichkeit des Durchschlags auf alles, was mehr angewinkelt ist als perfekt Breitseite... Russenkreuzer: "DAS ALLES UND NOCH VIEL MEHR! KÖNNEN WIR MACHEN!"

allein schon die Einführung der Russischen BBs macht das doch offensichtlich. Meta? Bow On BBs und HE Spuckende Kreuzer. Was können die Russischen BBs besonders gut? Bow on Tanken und dank der Panzerung HE granaten Shattern. und klug gespielt kann auch die limitierte Schadenskontrolle die runde durchhalten (erinnerung: Die sollte ursprünglich limitiert sein, dafür aber extrem lange laufen...). Dazu dann noch die hahnebüchene Präzision auf kurze und mittlere Distanzen, über die die dt. "brawler" im Nahkampf nur träumen können...

That's just... like... your opinion man 4 100mm guns. Early versions had 4 guns. And considering that the Friesland with 4 guns isn't exactly the worst ship in the game... and the coming paneuropean DDs with 4 guns... becasue WG wants us to waste money to convert to FXP and buy crates when there is Coal in them. It isn't what should happen.

fast Torpedoreload, below average damage for the Tier (ignoring the coming Pan Europeans with their lightspeed torpedos). They had a torpedo focus because the guns aren't that strong. PLain and simple. it is where it is. if it should be there or not, is purely subjective, especially with the Zerstörer 45 being the same in stronger. DOn't need but still could get. the soviets also didn't need another cruiser line right now. "We need Fletchers for other navies and Premiums", Who cares. The Z1 would be where... IT SHOULD BE.ü can be balanced via WG genius balancing. 100mm guns with german formula and for german line unsually high dmg for example. High ROF (think around a second or less i think)... There is no need to fit everything to regular lines anymore. Sure. But that doesn't mean WG should fit a tonload of stuff into the hgih tier Prems. Considering that with Siegfried they already took a prime candidate for a german high tier BC and stuffed it into their "large cruiser high tier prem" list... and we haven't heard anything of her for ages.

You see, russian cruisers are actually large DDs. the russian battleships are the actual russian cruisers. And russian CVs are Russian battleships with a landing strip welded on top
