the problem is: there are far more than enough Russian Prems... i dont say that they shouldnt get anymore... but the german line also needs some love... their only prem cruiser is Tier IIs Emden, then comes the Tier VIII BB Tirpitz... the Russians have a big amount of Prem cruisers for Captain training... germany? ahaha... Tier II... and Tier VIII...
