For me the Black Swan is the best T1. But the next three seem poor compared to other cruisers at their level. Sure their gameplay is different & appreciate that - learning helps - it's all part of the game and I enjoy that. Take the Danae - started playing like a Karlsrhue - well that wasn't going to work, but when played more like a Yubari then works better. But it seems so far that, unlike most other ships, where each has a strong point (gun range, hit points, concelment, or torp range etc) the British cruisers don't have any strong point yest still have poor health. So hard to get kills & even decent damage, yet too easy to be killed. For me anyway the balance seems not quite right. Added with no HE unless you can hide behind an island & try to torp them, you must be very very wary of BBs! It's not miles off, just not quite right.
Sensed too that later in the day relatively fewer players were in these ships (say compared to the German BB line ) so got the feeling other players felt better playing other ships. May not have been the case but seemed like it. Hope not cos these could add exciting dimension to the game, if tweaked.
PS - loved the Containers addition & the container ship - nice touch
