A Bit too effective IMO. 2 Bogues with fighter setup vs. 2 Zuiho's is just a pain in the [edited]. Zuiho CV's had no legit chance to bomb/torpedo run anyone. 4 USN Fighter Squadrons of 6 each would just charge in and demolish every squadron from the IJN even over their own ships. That's no fun at all. -
