I dont know about the mirror caps/bases map, personaly i still think this kind of map would bring something new, and if the MM is a goofy as it is now by giving you the same map over and over, at least it it wouldnt be the same tipe of game since the map would change diferently from the last time

I didnt mean for the ships to loose mutch hp, more like 2hp per second whilst in contact with said iceberg, i dont want to get keelhauled for giving wg a idea after all

I can see the salt flowing if that would be a option A side effect would probably be people pushing the bergs as shield's infront of theyr ships, for DD's and CA/L's it would be a buff, but then we would see BB's playing air hockey with icebergs XD

Here is a idea for a map, take Islands of Ice, instead of fixed islands, you make hudge and small icebergs, and make them randomly move about the map, you play the same map, but it's always diferent, small cap's and you'r set (aaaand, if you hit the iceberg you'r hp deminishes a'la team collision, why not ) Edit: it's called Dynamic Map -

Concidering the range increase, that 0.5 seconds is irelevant. -
Ok so the russian DD's got a range buff, how about giving the IJN DD's a concealment buff then, Minekaze 5.0km specced, Shira 5.2km speced, Shima 5.4km speced

Best buff to IJN DD's, let's recap: 1- Reduce torp detection to 1.4km or 1.5km max. 2- Mabe cut 4 seconds off the gun traverse on some ships. 3- Bring back the old Fubuki renamed Ushio (lived through the war, surrendered) 4-[insert further sugestions] 5-Give me cookies

I think just a slight decrease to theyr torpedo detection would do. (if they would copypasta the old fubuki to t8 as she was, it would be a nice move aswell )

3x6 or 3x5 10/12km 533mm 68knott kamikaze torps would be a nice choice -
I wouldnt mind a H44 ingame, can you imagine the xp you'd get when sinking it (at least shima would have a job again )

Can't wait for the T-61, right now im grinding the KM DD's and boy would that DD come in handy for the retraning.
