I think that just a slight reduction on theyr torps detectability would do, oh and remove Shimas 20km torps theyr from a bigone era. -

Idk either weather wg would reuse a old event as for World of Torps, the forums would collapse from all the torp threads, imagine a div of a Kitakami and 2 Shimas.
