Buff Cruisers! / Remove Flooding!

Sometimes i can't help but wonder how some would pour salt rivers if we actually had flooding making ships list, have water flowing over the bow, not being able to aim too well due to the list etc. -
I only use widespread on Shima and Harekaze but extremly rarely, in case the enemy starts to smoke up a cap with two or more ships or blindly into a cap if i know there are more than one DD and a cruiser in it, sometimes you get a hit but thats verry rare, usualy its just to try to flush them out. (1 out of 50 games once per game i supose)

Concealment over TAM everytime for me, as many pointed out TAM it too situational, it isnt worth 4points (for me at least) -
Well we did have a crew member on a ship in port, but he got fired, burned the kitchen down. Edit: Personally as mutch as i think it would be theatrical to see crewmembers being blown off into the sea i do agree that it's better not to have them.

I'm no cv player, but taking out the enemys DD at the early phases of a match severely cripples them, since your own DD then can freely cap, torp BB's, harras CA/CL's, it's a big advantage. (correct me if im mistaken) -

You know sometimes (when not blaped) it can be hillauriois scoring 6+ citadels per salvo with mogamis 155's againt a cruser caught broadside provided you can get in range

I'm sure one of the reasons it went silent is how OP the streamers, flamu in particular said it was (witch it was tbh), thus making it hyped to people who thought (op premium coming, yes me want) so wg put a lid on it and are reworking it so not to have another "too OP, removed from sales" messup. Thats how i see it anyway with all this lack of info about the ship, i could be wrong though -

A Tirpitz launching torps from 15+ km is unfortunatly nothing new, now a Yamato with the gun range module, now that is just sad (had one in my last shima game, asked him why he is so far back, answer was "because i have the range you noob")

Actually the hull of the Tosa was completed but due to the Washington treaty they then used it as target practice to test out theyr armor effectivness, the hulk now is at the bottom of the sea

You do know that most so called "sealclubbers" have alot of 19 point captains, and can make a new 19pointer with elite skipper xp they have acumulated.

Arent the French secondaries kind of pointless since weak penn, ok theyr good as firestarters but thats about it, it seems pointless for a secondary build, Republic is also kind of weak (clan member mentioned it, it dont have it yet so i wouldnt know) -
Just want to say, no matter the whines DO NOT change my cute racoon, or i will pay a personal visit to St. Petersburg. (i know it has nothing to do with the current thread, just saying)
