    I get the destinct feeling that those torps will stay as they are now, in wg eyes a ship must have a gimick, and since it dosent have smoke or radar, well, theyr keepers, i say buff them to 14km

    Now this idea i like, now mabe not in random (not because of me, id love it) but to have a random spinoff mode where there is a random map generator, no 2 maps are the same, well that would be a dream come true

    That sign never works besacuse "it says i cant go here" , player logic "it means it's a sekret tip, I MUST GO THERE!! (insert zombie noises here)" Yeah i had a 3 BB division on my team go there unfortunatly because, muh ultimate taktik Though as be it rare when a BB that knows what he's doing going there can be good, but in reality verrrry rare.

    Saw one in coop earlyer, wasnt impressed by either ship or the player, it lasted a whole 2 mins, it's a pass in my book for now.

    To me the US version, if you use the HP skill, could be used on DD's. Mine is sitting in arkansauce till i figure out where to put him.

    I think it has to do with lag, i have a alt on Asia server, 300ping is normal, wheres here max 30. I think its the main reason, correct me if im wrong.

    OP, i'm all for more realism detail to be implemented for better imersion, heck i play on a 55 inch 3D tv with 3D turned on, but some of you'r sugestion's as mutch as you may find them good, cant be in wow's. I do love you'r idea for a first person explore mode, that would be really neat.

    I did that, hold RMB just like on surface ships but the squad still turned Must have been a blunder on my part, i always played after 2 am

    So the test server was shut down, take it wg collected enough info for now, when is the next sesion of testing planned for? From my few battles, my thought's are that CV's now in general are easyer to play, the skill floor has been significantly lowered but the skill ceeling is still high, i can see the good players still having massive impact on the outcome of the battle, since those players know what the priority is and what i personally like is that you get more immersion with the reworked gameplay. Rocket squads- theyr fast, good for initial scouting and causing module damage against DD's at the begining, also good for taking out AA modules on BB's and CA's so you next DB and TB squads get a bit less AA to worry about. TB- only did two odd battles but way more accurate for me (average joe) over the RTS version, if you force a DC on a target with prior DB's you'r guarenteed flooding and if you'r first wave misses you can turn and probably get you second wave out while the target is still in turning (yamato in this case) The inability to controll you'r cv while in plane mode is a bit of a downder but a bit of planing with autopilot should fix that, you can always make ajustments between waves. If the UI lagginess can be lessened it would be super, only thing that got me was the mouse controll of the squad movements, a free look i think is a must, i tried to get the planes to respond to my mouse inputs better via settings and my mouse DPI controll, went from 2k DPI to 8500, but didnt have any luck. Thats from me for now, i wanted to get a better feeling for the new gaeplay today since its my day off but yeah, server is off. Nest round of testing then.
  25. I dont think this removal of CV's from OPS is premanent, rather a temporary thing so the OPS can still be played while the CV rework is happening, in the future after the rework i'm willing to bet that CV's will be implemented back into OPS.
