Tiers 2-4 (T1 competitive excluded ) are fun because there is more "action" there, so in my book anything that gives incentive to play/populate lower tiers more is a good thing.

They last untill you grind them out if im not mistaken, the date is there just because a date has to be there

Just a quick comment, since i keep seeing the "CV's were too OP, godship in the right hands etc" In the hands of a good+ player the old CV rts were verry strong and even when not causing big damage numbers were still verry impactfull on the outcome of the game. But now in the same hands the new CV iteration is outright murder, moreso then before, and theyr mutch faster in strikes to boot. Basicly what i wanted to say. I cant wait to see the forum get spammed with "CV OP" threads when it gose live

AP still and always had/has a "chance" Problem is due in no small part to most players just not wanting/knowing how to use it, or it takes too mutch cognative ability to know when to use 1,2. AP or HE alone despite one having big number rolls (when it gose on target, unless RnG is in a trolly mood ) and the other having DoT, used (as allot of players seem to do) alone is just wrong. AP and HE used properly in sync is where you see a big diference and should be the way to go for players, but the latter is kind of a lost cause i think (precentage based of course, good players are around, it just hard to se due to the small % group theyr in)
