A litle something i have to add since it's IJN DD's in discussion, how about WeeGee were to add a boat T8/T9 with a 3x3 launcher instead of the generic 2x4? A 3x3 has better torp spreads (smaller gaps, witch is the actuall issue with most 4+ tube launchers) and is more flexible over the 2x4, since WeeGee is in the mood for pumping out premiums for coal/steel/fxp, would you like to have the IJN get yet another prem DD but with more flexible launchers? My dream ship would be: T9 DD with Harekaze type gun choices, a 3x3 launcher with 8 km 76 knot torps, 12 km 68 knot torps etc, you get the idea.

Concidering the speed of the squad in the start to spot DD's as is, me thinks wg need to change theyr vodka supplier. I supose in a pro division it can be a usefull setup, but for the average joe its a waste of points, for the potatoes, well, it will be used to point them to the DD they could just as well spot by logic and minimap, but yeahh...

The way i can see the Tone work ingame, having the option to launch 2 spotter planes, like 1,2 keys for AP/HE and as a uneque consumable to call in the fighters to location like the revamped CV's + good AA umbrella with def AA. Just a quick though.

Not only DD's were prone to that, the big brother of DDs Atlanta way especially prone to that, imagine plaing a Atlanta with one mabe two turrets working

All i know for the prem cvs is sapian and kaga are going up a tier, but i havent done my research on the matter to be fair.
