I just freshly installed windows again, and everything els and setting up games as normal, but for some reason it wont let me set the fps to 144 in the .ini file in world of warships like i normally do now? what is the problem here, nothing has changed on my end i believe?

Thanks! seems to work now. dont understand why it changed so you need to do it another place then normal. but thanks alot
