switching ammo particulary is very annoying if you are firing sequential.
happens often if you have ap loaded and start shooting at a destroyer...wich i often do with sequential fire. of course i want to change to HE. but that means losing a lot of time force-reloading all together or having quite a sad laugh only squeezing out one shot before all guns start reloading the new ammo. i wish the new ammo would seamlessly load in.
also there seems to be a bug when chosing new ammo and the firing a full salvo: sometimes only one gun fires, the others force reload the new ammo type.
