?? I said they are no threat if they are with the rest of their team. They get focused because they potentially are a threat - and are a good target to go after first since they are no threat to a CVs planes - and despite what memers here and on reddit will tell you, that also counts for so-called "AA-DDs" like groz, kidd, haru and what have you. decent players in general are rare, yes. That's not anything news. And this is honestly not an attempt to statshame you or anything: but looking at your DD results, for the last 21 days they aren't all that glorious (some single results, like that shima game, not withstanding), and you probably didn't have CVs in all of them, let alone good CVs.

This isn't any problem whatsoever for any decent CV player. If he is within AA range of his teammates, he's no threat, so why would I bother with him? I know what they are doing wrong - they are picking the wrong class to play.

I'd say Enterprise or Kaga. Saipan is a no cause why buy gimped baby midway with almost same matchmaking as real midway - and GZ's strike packages are beyond meh.

Oh please. This is what fighters are for. Normally you - as the CV - always have quite a good idea where the DD is. You fly towards him, and pop a fighter at the direction where he's going to when he's spotted (unless he's actually smart (yea sure) and pops smoke immediately). Turn your strike group and let the fun and engaging begin.

Not really tbh. Like yesterday I wanted to see some of those premium cvs in action, I just went to twitch and watched the icons to see if any of them had planes on them :D (and I don't think anyone of them was particularly highly skilled) Gaishu & notser & whoever on NA might be decent enough, but the NA meta (and yes I have an account there) is way too different to make anyone here learn anything from them. On EU I don't know anyone except for strangers123, but he only streams VERY occasionaly. That's why I have been hoping for you, or someone like @Maaseru or @Alelos to start streaming, or putting more vids on yt :)

It's not a real tier 8 - it's a tier 7, but to compensate that, she gets more planes - but I doubt if it is enough. Here's a vid that showcases the problems: Although that probably means that you won't ever have to worry too much about plane losses as top tier. She's work in progress atm.

I agree. It's unbalanced how your team was so they all bent over to let themselves get raped by a tier seven carrier. I sympathise, teams have been the ultimum of stupid and uncarriable for weeks now. Did they all try their best to be as far from each other as humanly possible? Did some turn off their aa after the first strike? That's a butload of tier ten ships with ridiculously low plane kills, which is a nice example of the butload of tier ten ships who shouldn't be at that tier. Hallelujah for wg for letting us play for free, creditwise, even in a tier ten with 20k damage. Oh, and also, don't blame this on your carrier ffs, it's all on your surface fleet, who should be playing tier 5 max, preferably in coop.

Well if you really want to waste money, you should also buy indomitable, she has even faster planes. WG - I'd like 10% on that sale, thank you!
