    This is what the email says. "You have the right to withdraw from this purchase contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 calendar days from the day of the conclusion of this purchase contract.". Funny thing is, why send an email the other day saying that if they wont allow you to get a refund ?. Why send an email saying the goods have been delivered then say... "You have the right to withdraw from this purchase contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 calendar days from the day of the conclusion of this purchase contract.". My question is why even bother putting that if its already expired ?. You are entitled to a refund, wargaming have made an error on the email as when they sent it it seems that the 14 days had long gone bit criminal if you ask me.

    Finding a lone tier 5 CV trying to run away from the Isokaze hilariously. That was professionally done mind, the crosses, the lines, as you can clearly tell my skill within paint is tremendous.

    DD's and torps will get the worst of it and wargaming will remove the smoke screens and nerf detection range then im quitting for good .
  4. All future premium ships should be positioned at the time to go live on both servers not individual releases but credit due its coming and that is good for people that think the ship is awesome not me personally not my style type.

    We should start a petition. "Remove the boat in the way of turret 4 from the Arkcansas" ... Guess that will get far .
  6. More is coming. It took wargaming 2 years to balance scouts properly and they are still not perfect hehe. Destroyers hopefully will get a nice buff next patch the smoke nerf was unnecessary and giving other ships skills to detect the DD was not the best option either.

    I respectfully agree and absurdly disagree with your comment. A very skilled captain can use them effectively, anyone below that grade simply cant continue to keep that lasting presence and threshold you have to maintain being a very good player. I will show you a video in the future possibly about what i mean i have plenty of awesome videos of the Isokaze being used properly.

    Nerfed enough to make beginners stay well away. The best beginner ships are US BB's, good proection, not so much range on guns, but more accurate and turns better. Cruisers with more guns, due to the insane amount of fires they cause another balance issue, and last but not least the bleak class of them all, the carriers . The smoke nerf was unwarranted for DD's btw.
  9. Funny thing is, Destroyers are actually the hardest to play. A skilled captain has to manoeuvre properly, stay clear of being detected, launch his torpedoes at the exact right moment, move left and right, turn rudder etc when spotted, deploy smoke screens at the right moment, use his guns effectively depending on situation, turn off AA when ships & planes are near, spot enemy ships, cap enemy points, defend cap circle etc. The destroyers has so many things to do on the battlefield its simply ridiculous. With the smoke nerf and the previous nerfs to the class those things i mentioned above have become less effective making the class even harder to play now.
  10. I'm good at playing DD's, i just dislike what they have done to them simply. The reason i was giving up would be to wait until they buff destroyers because that way when i return the fun increases .

    DD's have it the worst, Cruisers second worst, BB's third they light on fire easily due to the decks they have. Even with foam BB's could still go up but yeah DD's need some love first they are falling behind now.

    When you do get into the OBT i recommend not playing DD's due to the nerfs they have been getting completely unwarranted nerfs i might add which has now caused a balance issue. I would choose cruisers with lots of guns, or BB's with lots of armour, US BB excel that that. Or you can choose the bleak way and choose carriers of course.

    CV's should not be in tier 3&4 matches anyway its more or less golden seal clubbing to the extremes. Not many ships have AA in those tiers, the ones that do rarely protect BB's anyway. We need carriers out of those games or limited to 1 in tier 3&4 because they are just ridiculously overpowered in those tiers. I just played a tier 4 games in my DD and i got spotted more or less all the time because the enemy had 2 carriers and my effectiveness was worthless trying to stay hidden was impossible when you have plane squadrons everywhere scouting around the map finding prone targets but in the mean time they also spot a lot of DD's. Crossing fingers they do something.
  15. Considering giving up soon. I already have got my refund for the pre order bundle not liking what they have done to my favourite ship class sadly but now that im playing free cant complain just hope they buff DD's smoke screens and concealment.

    If i get this correctly, you payed to be included into the CBT, since we are going into the Open Beta segment of the test everyone should still be given allocated access with some kind of approval i suggest. Even if you got your refund, chances are OBT would be open by the time you actually get your refund and you will be able to easily sign up into the game again i suppose.

    Historical accuracy and wargaming do not mix very well . I mean tier 3 & 4 may not of had much AA IRL but this is a game do not forget and balance does come first. Personally i feel AA cruisers on low tiers may come in future who knows, look at yubari, even though she's kind of less effective in tier 5 but they will come eventually, can imagine a tier 4 cruiser with insane AA but no torpedoes and average guns .

  21. Not even 7km, i have been spotted around 9km easily and killed pretty dam quick. When you actually get within 7km as you said its a quick death or a lucky full torp hit which is so rare its laughable. Torpedoes were the most damaging horrific thing of WW2, not many ships missed there target. Once they had the enemy within range there was no way they would know it was coming unless they magically could detect it straight away. In World of Warships the slow torpedoes are quite an issue, it's not that they are useless but because by the time they reach the target you're either killed, engine dead, steering gone, torp tubes damaged, guns damaged, enemy ship avoided all torps, 1 hits but you take tone of damage, ....... is just me captains ?. Playing DD's is a nightmare, even the Isokaze with fast torps is a pain at 7km now after watching so many get sink after i died .

    Charging someone to change there name is criminal. Free nick change should be mandatory. Other game developers allow it free, as many times as you like and they seem to do just fine.

    I fully respect and appreciate your post crooq . You will have a smoother start that is for sure and i wish you luck on that extraordinary journey. I understand what you're saying, i have been thinking hard about the pre order ships and i dislike them sadly. I hoped Greg would get faster torps, sims longer ranged torps, yubari better aa, but that's just a dream personally from me or something i really want which i think will never happen for balance reasons hehe.
