I need help. I played world of tanks from 2012 and world of warships from about 2016 and i never had any problems. This summer i didnt play since 31.5. 2022 and 2 days ago i tried to play again and i found out that i am banned from all the games permanently. Also got banned from the games i didnt even play once like wows blitz. They wont let me to even send a ticket . In wot i have over 50 premium tanks and almost all tier x and in wows over 20 and half of all tier x ships. What can i do to get my acc back i dont use illegal mods or anything like that. I even got a few days ago a mail from them to come back and play because it wargaming birthday soon and there will be some free gifts and bonuses. Also i need to mention that my clan still see me in game and all my ships and tanks are still there... I spent too much money and time to be just banned like that . And if i didnt try to play i wouldnt know that i am banned because no one ever sent me any warning... What can i do ? Help please.

hello, I made acc 2014 for tanks, 2016 for ships. I've never had any problems with wg, I've invested over 3000e in the acc so far in the premium shop. I have never used anything against their rules. I consider myself a victim for several reasons: 1. I last played on May 31. and I didn't play until mid-August because of work. in that period of two and a half months, I normally received everything from them in my e-mail, even if someone sent me a gift that I did not accept and then returned to the sender, and I have proof of that in the form of an e-mail that I did not delete, I do not accept gifts from unknown players to me. 2. I didn't get an email from them that my account was blocked, so I found out when I tried to play again 3. their answer is that they can't help me because too much time has passed from the moment I got the ban to the moment I contacted them 4. I asked them for some proof or invoice about that amount of 500e, which they can prove that it is really the amount of 500e and for what exactly it was spent. they didn't even answer that question. I don't want to pay that amount because I had nothing to do with it and now they are blackmailing me to pay or lose the acc. I'm afraid to pay those 500 when I can't get any proof in the form of a bill for that amount 5. both my accounts are identical in everything regarding the list of ships and tanks, the in game currency is the same amount as before, so if I didn't get banned I wouldn't notice absolutely anything in the game itself 6. I still love both games and they would definitely get more than 500e in the coming time, just like before the ban. 7. I know I'm not the only one who experienced the same problem, and I found several reddit posts about similar situations where people simply quit the game permanently out of protest. 8. considering that I was an honest player for 8 years and I never had any warning from them, they should still appreciate me more as a long-term player and try to find some kind of solution with me, without it being exclusively to my detriment. if someone doesn't believe me, I'm sorry because it's really not my fault, best regards

i have access to everything except the game itself. and my clan members looked at my profile and everything is identical to how it was since the last time I played. and I can view all my data in the game through the wg page. and even out of curiosity I bought 1 day premium just to see what would happen and everything was as usual. normally, the premium day was added to me and it was charged as usual from my card

you can be that guy freely, but that's not the case with me and I wouldn't do it. I invested too much time, effort and most of all money, 5 or 6 times more than those 500 euros. I'm not rich, but I'm not too poor to do such things. I have enough money and everything I need. And to answer the second post, I have my own company. I'm engaged, I don't have children and I definitely don't need to take someone else's card

I didn't want to receive any gift, so I didn't even open it, that's why it was returned to the sender. My acc is the same as it was. Everything is the same as the last time I played. The list of ships and tanks is the same, credits are the same, doubloons and golds are the same amount as before. there is no excess or lack of anything. everything is identical to how it was the last time I played. So if I managed to log into the game normally, I wouldn't even think that anything happened.

No i didnt. someone did try to send me gift but i didnt want to recieve it so i never opened it, just deleted the email. Later I got an email from wg that since I didnt open it they returned it to the sender.

I have to pay 500 euros to get my account back. And I checked my bank account and there are no transactions. They only have transactions that I made. Should I really believe that the amount of 500 euros was made in my acc bey no evidence other than their word. Since I made an acc for both ships and tanks, I spent at least 5 times more money on wargaming. Whenever I've bought something myself, I've never asked for a refund... In my country, by law, you don't have to pay anything if it's not shown to you in black and white with the correct information about the transaction. I really don't know what to think or do now.
