Why do you assume people should automatically understand what rubber banding is, especially if this is coming from a known troll?

I guess it depends on the definition of success when it comes to rework. I.e. If their goal was to have more CV players by making it dumb-proof to play, their spreadsheets may be saying they achieved their goal and hence they may call it success. They are the ones that design and develop this game, not us. Therefore, their definition of success is more important. If they can justify they reached their goal to their bosses, rest is story "Of course we listen to the community"...

Exactly. There is absolutely no point of getting another Izumo/Baije copy unless it offers something unique. Currently it has 1 extra turret and a little more torp protection with 37% which is not even 1% more than what Baije has. These are not unique differences enough for me to go after it.

Same. I'd probably go for the grind to get the goodies if i'll have time but not for Hizen since I have Izumo, Musashi and Baije unless Hizen is significantly better than these.

But that's what I wrote, a usually polite person does not receive a chat ban. It takes around ten or more reports to be restricted from writing in chat. As a matter fact, I think such a marker would work exactly the opposite way to being ridiculed by others. If I'm chat banned and want to seem polite to others for whatever reason, I wouldn't want people know I'm chat banned in the first place where a marker tells everyone how I've behaved until now to get such restrictions.

I agree but still chat ban applies to those who acted impolite in chat regardless, don't you think? If it was a false flag, meaning, false reporting, the chat ban does not apply, only karma goes down. Hence, there must have been quite a lot of impolite reaction in previous chats to receive a chat ban. As "but i got chat banned for no reason, I am innocent" does not exist, that brings us back to the question, why an impolite person would want to be seem polite when they are chat banned by having a marker next to their nick?

Although I'm a solo player, I fully agree with the statement "They are however at this point a necessity to find any enjoyment in this game" and I'm not saying I agree with it just because you wrote you disagree, don't get me wrong. I agree with it because the amount of incompetent players is huge in random games. It's like almost guaranteed that the level of game play, in almost every game, will be frustrating due to many factors previously written all over the threads countless times for venting, ranting, etc. Based on my experience, yes, _FTD_, Flamu and many others used to take advantage of division games in the beginning, say 2015-16-17 until '18 (not as much) when many people were new to the game, still learning, when divisioning was new, clans were new, mechanics were change in progress. However, today what I see brings me to the point that divisioning up would not only bring a little more fun in awful, horrible random game experience, it also brings better results. In summary, my opinion of people divisioning up used to be having fun and taking absolute advantage of random games 4-5 years ago while today I see it as a necessity to have at least fun even if you may not win as much as in the past as a division due to having worse team mates.

If you like playing DDs, get Smaland. It is a better Friesland with torps, speed boost, heal and radar. It's not an easy ship to play in this CV meta but it's a unique ship.

I made a counter comment to your comment about Smaland and Harugumo, shared the amount of random battles i played in them and you show me how much FXP you have? How is it relevant to the Smaland vs Harugumo gameplay?

Although you are right, there are many haters (esp. BB and DD players) many of us here on the forum are not. Just pointing out the facts.

Careful. I see some trying to turn this into another CV discussion topic which would get locked eventually. Don't take the bait. My personal opinion is, the ones who think CVs are fine are just clueless as they don't only lack game experience but didn't even bother to read "CV related discussions", "CB season 11", other countless CV related threads and ignore highly proficient CV players' opinions.
