If you include captain skills for other ships they also get faster reload, Minekaze having the fastest which I mentioned in my very first post I think. The high kill ratio was explained before multiple times. Commenting about ships without having hands on experience in them and dismissing the comments of those who have immense amount of experience in mentioned ships do not help your argument.

So many, so many bad Kami (mostly R perhaps because it was free) sailors i have come across. Yet i've also seen some Minekaze and Mutsuki players in the game and they surprised me to the level of "wtf" with their game play. It's not about the ships, it is all about the players and their skill level. The only ships and class in the World of Warships that is broken, open to abuse and allowing players with 45% win rate to grief super unicum enemy ships, is CVs. I didn't see or hear a 45% wr player with a Kami causing such havoc on all enemy team as CVs do. Then, ofc CVs are in a league of their own in terms of being broken.

In addition; 1. Gremmy and Mutsuki torps have 8km range vs Kami sisters and Minekaze torps with 7km. 2. Gremmy torps have same damage output as Kami sisters (14K) but due to lower torp reload time Kami sisters will have higher dpm. 3. Mutsuki torps also have higher alpha damage than Kami sisters but slower reload time. Of course the whole point is to hit with torps., torps need to reach and hit their targets otherwise all these stats are meaningless. And once torps engage to the targets, it really doesn't matter whether they hit 2-3K more or less per torp (because that many torp hits to a tier 5 ship will either directly sink it, cause leakage and sink it or cripple it and delay its sinking for only another half a minute) or if they were sent in 2x3 or 3x2 set up. It is a very situational case which mostly very good players will be able to tell the difference while majority of players will be still trying to hit the target, because as i mentioned before, engaging torps is not as easy as it used to be due to planes flying all the time, everywhere. Majority of the time enemy knows where you are because CV spotted you. They know which path you're gonna approach to them in kami or any other dd. Once you are exposed, the whole deal is gone. No more surprise element, no more strategy development, tactical move. All goes to dumb mode. In this regard, Gremmy is a better option of all as it doesn't only chase and sink other dds but also can smoke up when spotted, send the 8km torps, keep firing the powerful guns and setting enemy ships on fire.

I don't think so. Once a rollback is done, it will take your account to its previous state, say to December 4th if you made the purchase at this date. At that time if you had 50 days of premium, 50 should appear on top left corner. Basically like a Windows roll back. Though, i can provide a more definite answer to that very soon as I requested a refund roll back although i have the goods at port because i was told it will take at least a week or so for manual removal and didn't want to take any chances of a possible roll back even if the chances are 0,1% after waiting for a week. One week time and in game goods could all be lost. This way i would lose a couple of days of progress and time instead.

He sold almost all of his premiums before he purchased 3000 crates. Then, he started opening them in 1000 batches. The first 1000 batch gave him all the crappy, in other words lower tier (5-6-7) prems. Then he opened the second 1000 and got mostly tier 8s along with some tier 7s and 6 here and there. Last patch dropped him mostly tier 9s. In each batch he received same ships 6-7 times over and over. That's because he received the first premium ship he didn't have in a santa crate and the other duplicates from converted SCs (hence he got lots of doubloons back). Right so, this is how the crates work. If one is lucky enough to get a ship out of the purchased santa crates, most people will get what they don't have from the lowest tiers which is 5-6 in this case. Once, you buy enough boxes and have enough low tier 5-6 premiums then the crates will start dropping higher tier premiums, again if you are lucky enough to drop ships in the first place, and if you continue buying boxes. Higher tier premiums tier 8-9 will follow them and rare ships will appear after most prems are at your port with a few exceptions. You can have a belfast if you buy 1000 crates but still can't get a missouri after buying 3000.

Mate, I understand you but that kami sisters being op argument was hyped years ago. Today, it is not realistic to call them op. If you think, a player who goes berserk with their Kami sisters cannot do the same with their Minekaze, then think again..Minekaze is literally a Kamikaze with very minor differences (i wrote in my previous post that Minekaze in fact has better parameters). If kami sisters should be gone, so should Minekaze, Mutsuki, etc. Kami sisters are not better than their tech tree counter parts but are premium alternatives in tier 5. Also according to your logic Gremmy should be removed, too, as it's literally a t6 ship in t5. Game balance is not necessarily about removing or adding ships unless they are overly broken like Enterprise. Devs can always increase/decrease some parameters and bring the ship to normal level if needed. Like I said, if you posted this thread 4-5 years ago, (or let's say even 3 years ago), it would make more sense except i'd still remind the same tech tree dds but today where we have CVs in almost every single game starting from tier 4 to 6 which keep lighting up all ships continuously, it doesn't.

Except, if you need a kami, GC or gremmy to club in T5, you are not a clubber. Clubbers don't need a special or premium ships to club. A true seal clubber in a tech tree ship would still outperform most of the players in their kamis, gremmys, GCs during the match and blap them. Been there, done that countless times, seen it being done by others many times as well. Those so called seal clubbers thinking they are safe in their shiny premiums usually get hunted and sunk by the real clubbers if they happen to be in the same match.

I wrote two out of three because Fujin and Kamikaze were on direct sale while i believe most of the players got their Kami R through Project-R and another event later (iirc) but true that there are also players that purchased Kami R after the event which would only increase the amount of a possible refund if they ever to be removed from the game.

They were considered some of the strongest ships per their tier back in 2015-16 along with Gremmy. Not so much after the introduction of Belfast and other prems&lines, cv rework. Only good players could dominate games in those back then and today is still the same. An average or bad player still gets blapped without doing anything useful in the game whether they are in three sisters, Gremmy, Belfast or any other ship. There is simply no reason to remove three sisters from the game. According to your logic, tech tree DD Minekaze should be removed from the game as well, since it has same aerial detection, even faster torp reload, less visible torps, and is a faster ship with better rudder time than Kami sisters. Anyone back then and today can influence the games with Minekaze minimum as much as they could/can with Kami sisters. In addition, any CV player that cannot spot any ship in any map and cannot neutralize it after spotting either needs to practice more or quit playing CVs because all one needs is maximum 45% winrate in general to detect and incapacitate enemy DDs while playing CVs. No, simply wrong. Gremmy terrorizes the same tier more than Kami sisters. It is a Gnevny in tier 5 with 8km torps. It can easily chase Kami sisters and kill them with its powerful guns. Even if Gremmy didn't exists they still do not dominate games. Maybe from time to time you see some good players in their Kamikazes reigning hell on others in games without CVs and half bots but for every good player there is maybe 40-50 or more average to bad players? Hence, those players will not reign hell on Kami sisters only but in most of other ships, too. On the other hand, you could see many more examples of bad players that can't utilize any ship properly. I wrote my views based on my personal experience. It is not about seal clubbing or them being cancer with these ships. As I mentioned previously, one can create the same chaos in the games with Minekaze. If they can't, then i'd suggest them to revisit their dd skills. There are many other ships you did not mention of removing though. Belfast used to be ten times more cancer than kami sisters. Gremmy, Nikolai, Kutuzov as well. Then, we have upper tier ships and still cancerous today like Thunderer, Smolensk, Kitakaze (finally getting a nerf), Musashi and all the CVs (regardless of the pathetic RN line). In my opinion, out of all these ships, none needs to be removed from the game since a good player will do decent in pretty much most ships and an average player will continue suffering in most. However, CVs need to change if not be removed and average to bad players should be chopped (if something really needs to be chopped according to how you describe it) as it's unfair they even exist. Lastly, you didn't offer any exit for the company if they ever to decide removing any premium ship from the game. Can you imagine the money that should be refunded to tens of thousands of players who paid just for the (two out of) three sisters in all servers?

It is not about what people thought (which is irrelevant anyway, because they did not think, they hoped) as someone could say "but i was expecting an Enterprise". It is rather about if WG informed buyers before they made their purchases properly or not. WG confirmed this in their announcement by mentioning they did not include the information because they thought it would be excessive and again confirmed it by offering a refund. End of story.

How do you know? Have you worked in such agencies or are you a lawyer that is specialized in such cases with good amount years of experience?

Until it becomes a legal investigation and an audit is ordered. And WG could explain why it was not mentioned in their page to authorities if they ever find themselves at a court. From what i have seen lately, many people from different countries already filed out complaints to different agencies and even to lawyers.

Unless people find out some ships have a much higher drop rate than others while it is not mentioned anywhere and then WG confirms this higher chance drop rate in their announcement. ;)
