Yea well, let's be real here. Those warnings that sound nonsense are there to avoid possible law-suits, not because they are that dumb. It's because people are literally checking for smallest things to sue companies. There are dumbs in every country, five more five less and U.S. is not like -5000.

1- Premium ships including rare ones will not make you a better player. You first need to learn how to sail tech tree ships. 2- Let's make up a story...Imagine a car factory, in a town is giving away some free cars along with huge discounts (as part of a campaign) on some other cars to its residents with the condition that they must fulfill certain tasks for the benefit of the community they are living in and the time set is 2 weeks max. At the end of this two weeks, whoever fulfilled the tasks get the cars for free or use the discounts to get them. 4-5 Years later (6 in Gremmy and Fujin's case) new people move into the town. They hear about this campaign and start saying but they want the same opportunity. It's not like they were there 5 years ago and they didn't hear about it or they missed it somehow. They weren't there and were not resident of the town yet. Meanwhile the factory does not even produce those cars anymore. How logical does the demand of new comers sound to you?

If you are implying that Kamikaze is OP because you get high WR in it, then Sirocco and Mutsuki must be ultra OP and Visby must be OP as well since they have better or similar stats. (Below are your stats in them);

It's called experience backed up by the info that was provided to you. Defining Musashi guns with weak accuracy, as how you stated, is incorrect. Weak by which standards, compared to which ship (s). Musashi guns having weaker (or even slightly less accurate by how LWM defines it) accuracy guns than Yamato is the correct version. In addition, that weakness becomes less noticeable or "slightly less accurate' the more the firing distance grows bigger. You're welcome.

The difference in their accuracy is significant around 10-13km. Further than13km, it is less noticeable.

Sometimes you gotta do the right thing in the right place, at the right time. I had a friend whom I made start playing this game in 2017 two years after i started. One day I told him to get Musashi before being removed and he did. Some time later, I told him to get Missouri and he said "meh". Didn't get it. He was in the right place and at the time but didn't do the right thing. You were not in the right place at the right time to do the right thing, as you are too late. I think it comes down to understanding, one cannot get what they want, when they want unless they're willing to throw money and you have chances of getting most of the rare ships, if not all, through loot boxes in Christmas.

Sure :) It is Halland. I have Halland on two accounts. Pre-work, they both had SE. Post-rework, I built one with SE one without SE but instead with Swift in Silence just to see the difference in game impact. Swift in silence is actually handy. You know Halland has medium to slow speed compared to other DDs. Swift in Silence adds 2,8 knots to its 35knots base speed. If you add the speed flag, it goes up to 39.6knots. With the speed boost you are sailing between 42-43 knots. But using this perk requires more caution as you are lacking around 3K in HP and relying more on an objective play. Capping, spotting and torping and situational gun boating (for instance, if you see an IJN DD). The Halland with SE on my second account has more HP but to be honest, it feels more boring to play 'cuz it's slow. Going from one side of the map to another takes forever. Tl; Dr, Halland not having SE in one account was/is experimental :)

SE is a less riskier way to play DDs. I just checked and found out that all my DDs except one (which is ok in that case) have SE. SE will improve your chances of surviving longer and hence more chances of impacting the game, simple logic.

You said there was no buff to sigma and there was regardless of it was improved to old value or not. Apparently you are not familiar with patches but there may be more buffs/nerfs. Unless we check all, we can't surely say "None" or "Colorado was always like this"....No, it wasn't.

^^Incorrect. These are the changes i found. There may be even more. In 2017, Patch 0.6.14, American battleship Colorado, tier VII Increased hit points for hull (B) from 50100 to 59300. The amount of hit points is now equal to ship's displacement. The sigma number for both hulls is set at 1.9, compared to 1.8 for hull (A) and 2.0 for hull (B) before. In 2019, American battleship Colorado, tier VII: Sigma has been increased from 1.9 to 2.0. The new Sigma will distinguish the battleship as a slow ship, with decent maneuverability, good armor and a small number of accurate guns.

Whether it had worse dispersion or sigma, it was horrible. It was shooting exactly the same as if Slava shooting to bow-in targets. Shells were all over the place. Compared to the Colorado we have now, it was bad. What buff did Colorado receive, sigma or dispersion?

Colorado dispersion was horrendous, one of the worst in the game.

I can't agree with you on Siliwangi and Yudachi are being weak ships and Siliwangi is being inferior to Ognevoi. They are different ships. Apart from sharing similar main guns, Ognevoi has heal and normal torps while Siliwangi lacks heal but has Lo Yang hydro with deep water torps. It basically comes down to play styles, and play style is all about taste and everyone has a different taste. Some like characteristics of Ognevoi better and some Siliwangi. It doesn't mean one is inferior to another. I like both ships and think that they are both good in their own ways.

Or maybe they forgot to add/activate that part of the script into the mode and will fix it in an upcoming patch..

Though, it depends on the definition of "good". Something mediocre to you may be good to someone else and vice versa.

Normally, the response to your post above is git gud since the problem lies within your DD play against an FDR. I did play in Somers against an FDR many times or against all other CVs for that matter. If you are the only DD in the game, it can be very tricky also if the enemy CV is not an FDR but one of other three. Then again, one DD games were rare in my case, at least in golden league.
